i have been complaining to dishnetwork because of the quality of there dvr 722. it is crap. timers that stop working when they want to, you have to out and rebuild it. the timers are set to 0 before and 0 after so each recorded even should be, 30, 60, 90, 120 ect. the maching stops recording when the timer for non activity is set to work. when using dish pass and you record a 1 hour show it splits it up into 45 or so pieces. i got a call from james chang 720 514 3725. the whole time i spoke to him he couldnt answer a single questing "how will sending me dvr 5 help fix my issues when the first 4 had the same issue" i finally said they could send me a new dvr and he wanted to charge me 15 buck for there piece of crap. i asked for a free upgrade and he said no way. dish refuses to fix there issue with the 722 and refuse to get me one that works. he didnt care one bit. i do not think dish cares one bit. i have given them till the end of the year to fix there crap or i turn it off. he didnt care he says he is on his third one and there is nothing to fix...... thanks james for nothing. you cant do anything else for me because you never did anything in the first place. dish sucks.

i am saying goodbye to dish. they have done nothing to help out at all. they did send me a tech that reset my unit with out my permission when i was standing there. when i complained to him he told me i could f$ck off. dish did nothing at all to this rep. they refuse to fix my problems at all. this company has no customer service. when i did a complaint to the bbb of denver they lie to them too and say they have done everything they can. i filed a rebutel and asked what they have done. they dont say. what a worthless piece of crap this company is. stay away from dish and dont count on the bbb to do anything but waste your time.
