 Horrible business! I've never seen someone so eager to shut others down in my life. I'm not even in the same state as her but yet have gotten many complaints about my farm. Thank god the state saw differently and shut your claim down. You only try to shut others down bc of the loss of income you may risk taking with us open! Get over your self Malisa!  I have been searching for a mini pig for a couple years now. I had joined many mini pig sites to get as much education about the animals before doing so. I must say due to the hostility of Malisa James I was terrified to even ask any questions. She was quick to tag a ton of people in posts that others would make just asking for information. It was almost as if it was a joke that someone would ask for help with their new or future babies. Needless to say I'm not shocked to see this report on this business.

   Please, don't involve us or our family, law enforcement, county, Sheriff Department, business, or anyone in this post. The only involvement we have had in this is my response below and nothing else. There are plenty of people out there that are unhappy and the drama that follows. I really don't want to know who filed this, I DONT want to be involved. My "sheriff husband" is far better than posting trash about someone on a report. Anyone can look up records on a free site even if they aren't accurate and claim they are, you don't have to be a cop. This would threaten his job. Let me repeat myself, WE WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. I didn't file this report and I'm sorry you had this filed against you. It feels terrible to have a report filed against your business and it haunts you for the rest of your life, especially when it was undeserving. I want nothing to do with you all and wouldn't want to spark any anger or drama by posting such lies. You are a successful business. You wouldn't have gotten this far if those charges were true- I am not responding any more to this either. I hope no one else does, either- I urge no one else to respond. Ripoffreport just makes money off of these stupid reports. It is all just a stupid game. Don't blame us for something we have nothing to do with- we want nothing to do with you all, the claims, accusations, reports, charges, or anything. I filed this report when I had enough of all of the trash talk I saw this breeder doing in the pig groups. I got sick and tired of all the s**t I saw her always stirring with everyone. I tried to contact them about purchasing a piggy, and had several questions about owning a micro pig and wanted to learn more. I was responded to in a rude way. I just sat back and observed. Two friends of mine in Georgia in Flordia were hit the hardest from all of the lies and slander that she likes to spread. My gals just want to do what they love and breed micros.  I don't know the Vilets Jenna person James Gang Mini Pigs mamaw grandma who ever is saying wrote my report. I work for a private search company and have access to millions of records, and that is how I know all the REAL charges against them.

 Do NOT claim you never knew this site existed. Your daughter rudely responded on my ripoffreport about the "fake attorney" of mine. Below is a screenshot. By the way, the attorney was hired to to represent us to merely send you a warning letter to leave us alone. He was not to represent us in any legal battle or filings. He was not a defamarion attorney. I found it pointless to waste my money on thousands of dollars on an attorney for Facebook and Craigslist slander by you all. Leave us out of this and leave us alone. Stop slandering us on here even!! Enough is enough!

Malisa James is trash. If she doesn't get her way she acts out like child. I had posted a Juliana for sale a while back (or what I was told was a Juliana) and instead of her messaging me that the person I had bought him from misinformed me and he was just a "mini" she blasted my post and acted as if she was disgusted that I even posted him for sale. She then proceeded to tell me if I would have bought from her then I wouldn't have had the issue of not knowing what type of pig I had. Childish! After all that a few months later A friend of mine had a Question about her baby and she posted it to a farm site in my area. Someone tagged Malisa and I simply tagged the breeder that I bought my little girl from. Malisa instantly blocked me on Facebook at that point. I guess have her a bad taste in her mouth knowing that not everyone thinks she's the best around. Point to my comment is this lady does NOT do this for her children she clearly does it to make a buck or two and as I have never and will never buy from her I've heard nothing but horrible things about her and her pigs! Thank you to whom ever finally reported this a hole.

Your pathetic attempts at hurting my daughter and my grandchildren are getting old.  I find it quite pathetic that someone who pretends to be Christian would even know of a page like this. We had never even heard of this rip off report until an email came today by an attorney wanting to help us remove it. Rip Off report would be a great tool if it was used correctly but it is very sad that you (and many others obviously) have used it as pure evil, in an attempt to spread lies and hatred. 

My daughter and her children LOVE pigs. They are very passionate about helping people with pet pigs and will not stop at doing what they feel is going to save a pig, ALL pigs, even yours, whom they have helped rehome as well as save when they were so ill.  The attorney you speak of above, stated he was never your attorney when contacted by several people who received the same poorly written letter, breeders and rescuers alike.  If you would just stop selling sickly piglets, stop lying about adult size,  stop telling people to take them to the shleter when they don't want them, stop doing things the wrong way.... there would be an abundance of helpful breders there for you instead of against you.  It is not a jealousy becasue you are breding....it is an anger becasue of the way you choose to sell pigs even after being mentored by some of the best breeders out there, all over the US.  

 Until YOU choose to do what is best for the pigs you make money from, I am sure my daughter as well as many other breeders will not stop shedding light on what you are... a greeder in the simplest form.  

 I want to start by saying, I started James Gang Royal Mini Pigs for my grandchildren. I want to add, you have some pretty interesting legal charges posted but it would be wise to have your sheriff husband get his info correct before posting such nonsense, starting with spelling my daughter's name correctly would help a lot Jennah Sieg, owner of Violet's Mini Pigs, since you are the only one who seems to spell it the SAME way each time you harass her. The charges you have posted are not against my daughter or any member of our family but there are several people out there with the same name so I understand how he could have made this error, although as a police officer, one would think he would be able to offer more accurate information knowing we will be taking this to his upline as well as the state. James Gang Royal Mini Pigs are in no way related to nor affiliated with Dandies, yet you continue to use them in all harassing as well. The most bizarre accusations which I will be handing over the our attorney, along with the other harassing craigslist ads, threats, and messages that have already been filed. The worst part.... this report is made the same day the little girl with cancer receiving her piggy from my grandchildren airs on the news, so it is obviously out of jealousy. With that being said, you should be ashamed of yourself for turning a good thing for an innocent child into something you can use for your own bad doing. Shame on you! I will not respond to any more rebuttals or comments on this page. It is quite ridiculous that one can google such a page and find so many lies. There are no restrictions or requirements to make proofs before posting on this page which is so wrong on so many levels. My family did not even know such a page existed until I received an email from a company wanting me to use their attorney's to get this removed.   Let me be the first to say, I'm very sorry for both of you all that has been affected by James Gang. We have been directly affected by them but in a different way. We are only 2 hours in location from this business and we also breed mini pigs. We spay/neuter our minis before going home, do vet certifications, and follow all laws required by the state of Indiana. We work closely with the Board of Animal Health for our State to make sure that we do what is best for our pigs. While we haven't been perfect over the years and have continued to grow and improve in our business, we absolutely are NOT the horrid business that James Gang Royal Mini Pigs have made us out to be. They have slandered us to the point of posting false rumors and lies all over mini pig Facebook groups all over the web(stating our pigs are sick and diseased, saying they rescued dozens of our unneutered and manged pigs, that we were costing them fortunes) contacting potential clients telling them not to buy from us, making Craigslist posts with IP addresses originating from Bloomfield IN with defamatory content, rallying other "family members" to follow our page and harass us, and have also filed a ripoffreport against us as well on here. (Yep, it's under our name, Violet's Mini Pigs). They spread rumors that I had charges against me (all false, our family is in law enforcement and is happy to be on the other side of the law... funny to see the pot calling the kettle black) False reports were called by them to the board of Animal Health & our county animal shelter-below I will post screenshots of a private conversation a concerned person sent me letting me know this was happening.. We have had lots of people tell us to file a ripoffreport against James Gang in return, but didn't feel it was right to return evil for evil. Sure, we sent a good nasty message with a few curse words once saying we would try to shut down their family businesses... it is viewed as slander, but a screenshot of one message is a drop in the bucket to the thousands of screenshots, testimonies, and ISP traces. Regardless of everything, we let it go. It isn't worth wasting so much time and evil in our hearts. We didn't feel it was fair to try to shut down any of their family businesses just because one person in the family chose to behave poorly. We would rather just keep trying to improve our business and giving love and cuddles to the sweet piggies and attention to our family and God. We sent a letter from our lawyer to James Gang Royal Mini Pigs asking them politely to leave us alone, but it was made fun of to other breeders stating that our lawyer wasn't real.. he was a retired County Judge that is well respected and now practices in our hometown. Sorry others have had trouble as well, and we hope the behavior improves so James Gang Royal Mini Pigs can keep breeding minis, but in an ethical way instead.
