James Hodge Ford Lied about not being able to drop their price and lied about what they could accept for my trade Muskogee, Oklahoma

Worst experience ever! They lied about not being able to lower their price and lied about not being able to  give me any more for my trade-in than their first offer. I got approved for financing but they wouldn't call me and I had to call over and over. They treated me like a second class citizen and Phil, my salesman, lied about why he couldn't call me back. This went on for  five days. I really liked their car that I was trying to buy but I got sick of their crap and am looking elsewhere. They lost my business and the business of my friends forever because they were greedy, lazy, and treated me like filth. I hope they fail and have to close up shop. Treating people bad like they did will eventually get them a bad reputation. They could have been honest but they chose being greedy instead. And I know my car is worth more than the pittance they quoted me.
