James Mariany of mariany.com or jamesmariany.com quoted me $1,300.00 to do some Flash Action Scripting. I gave hime a $650.00 deposit to start the job. He has blown me off and put every deadline and has showed me no work what so ever. Every time I would press him he said he was uploading it and it would be shortly. I have over 40 different excuses from this guy as to why he has shown me nothing.
Filed a Payapl dispute and they found in my favor but they could not recover funds. When I start to press him he disappears. He said he would give me my money back but has not done so.
Watch out for this guy. I live next town over and I will find him.
