James Needles and James Grogan I also have fallen victim to James Needles of the ARDC and the top dog there - James Grogan Chicago Illinois

I wish I had googled James Needles of the ARDC before reporting an attorney to that agency for viloating Rule 137 and other provisions under the model ethics rules in Illinois.  In my situaiton, the attorney in question filed a baseless and retaliatory lawsuit against me (for reporting him to the ARDC) and also purportedly against my spouse.  Not only did this attorney fail to investigate the facts of the matter as well as controlling Illinois law, but he also filed suit against my spouse in a name that does not exist.  

But even providing James Needles of the ARDC with all relevant details of this attorney's failings was to no avail - he sent out one of his award-winning form letters indicating that no action would be taken by the ARDC.  Thereafter, I googled James Needles and, lo and behold, a plethara of ripoff reports came up regarding him, and each story reflected a sickening regard of the law by those entrusted and paid by the public to hold attorneys accountable for their unethical acitons.  I lthen eft a voicemail for the top person at the ARDC - James Grogan inquiring as to how James Needles is allowed to continue to operate as such given the number of ripoff reports filed against him.  And what did James Grogan do?  He forwarded my voicemail to James Needles to handle rather than require that Mr. Needles be investigated by an independent source.  Sadly, the ARDC appears to represent one more layer of corruption in Illinois.
