The Nelson's are hard working people. Mr. Nelson was tough to work for, but fair. He owned a lot of properties to rent out as well as built homes or refurbished homes. He offered fair prices with good building design.

He and his family are the victims. When Jim first started his company his neighbor/secretary embezzled money from the company and used it to buy one of Jim's own houses. A few years later a business partner did the same thing.

Through it all the Nelson's kept building. The end of the company happened when Jim found out his brother/partner was dishonest about company dealings and it broke the company apart. Jim's homes are beautiful and quality built. His biggest crime is being too trusting of individuals who constantly abuse his trust. He's been taken advantage of by other family members as well. Even lent money out, only to never see it again.

I liked working for Mr. Nelson, and none of this was a secret towards the end. We got warning so we could find new jobs. Mr. Nelson had to file bankruptcy because too many clients haven't paid up. Can't pay the bills if your clients haven't paid for the work they got. It's pretty sad to see all they went through. Whoever wrote that Mr. Nelson took advantage of him is not being honest and he at least deserves the truth.

I am the individual referred to in this report.  The person who wrote this about me is Conrad Schutte, a con man who stole money, vehicles, and lived in my 1.6 million dollar house for free for over two years.  He is a dead beat dad, and has has been in jail for similar crimes to others.  He has conned numerous other people into believing he was purchasing their houses, only to string them out as long as possible without paying them- while he and his family lives for free. His other scam has to do with car titles.  He gets you to purchase a vehicle, gets a duplicate title, and then sells the car to someone else.

He has his own report filed in ripoff report under Conrad schutte and Tiffany Dial, and numerous aliases. 

It is true that I have been the Defendant in many lawsuits, and that I have filed Bankruptcy.  I was a successful Real Estate Investor prior to meeting Mr. Schutte, and own many properties.  The majority of these lawsuits are foreclosure acions on these properties.  I will probably lose the properties thanks to my dealings with Mr. Schutte and Ms. Dial.  He owes me over $600,000.00 for unpaid Real Estate Contract payments, Vehicles, and bad checks he has written me.  I am in the process of litigation with Mr. Schutte at this time, and hope to see him, along with Tiffany Dial, where they belong soon- in Jail.
