James has beaten a woman. It was his fiancee.The police arrested him for it. PUBLIC RECORD.
The fiancee got a restraining order against him. He then tried every month to legally to evict the woman from a house that he used to live in with her (he invited her to come live with him).
And guess what !!!!!!!!!! She is pregnant with his child. In six weeks she will deliver his child, a boy. Tomorrow he is in court trying to evict her from the house and trying to get rid of the restrianing order. The abuse that James has caused in the courts is tantamount to tortue in my view.
Is he now going to screw up the life of a young boy who carries his own DNA.
He is trying and prepared to throw a woman on the streets who is carrying his own child.
IT IS A SIGN OF A SICK PERSON WHO IS ABUSIVE AND DANGEROUS. No one should be around this guy unless he is on and completed medical, professional treatments.

Wrong The restraining order was against James Pawlowicz, moron

This is false news Clearly, his new baby mama or one of his friends has the wrong information James was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge and removed from their shared home. You can actually look this up. He was bailed out of jail by his parents. There was not only a restraining order against James Pawlowicz, but there was an emergency protective order that was signed immediately as soon as he was arrested.

A Permanent Domestic Violence restraining order was issued on 11/23/14 requiring the author (and her agents) of these posts to a number of conditions. The court ordered restraining order requires that the author of these posts stay at least 100 yards from Mr James Pawlowicz, and further stipulates that she cease from posting further defamatory material containing false allegations. The order also includes instructions to remove said material, which has not been undertaken. The author and her agents are therefore in breach of the conditions contained within the restraining order and are therefore subject to further legal proceedings.
