I don't want to give out to much information, that puts me at a disadvantage for him to know what steps I'm taking. To answer your question, no, they are not the same person. Jim Hoffman bought Jim Friskel's company (software he had written) back in 1997 when NY threatened to throw him in jail for child support arrearages. He magically came up with $12,000 by selling his software to Jim Hoffman.

I only saw one "comment" from you on my report so I don't know what you meant by me "not listening". This is my first time using this website so I may be missing some features I don't know about.

I am posting Jim Friskel on WantedPosters and will be happy to email you the link so you can email it to everyone in your email address book. I am going to do the same. Nothing shames or embarasses him into doing the decent thing for his son but I will not stop trying until he gets what he deserves.

Anne I have a suggestion. Leave a message on the number I gave you or call these numbers (212) 280-5940 or (954) 993-7916. I would have your lawyer call those numbers instead of you that will scare the hell out of him and Jenn Crickard who works for GSG also.

This woman is a real *&*& I have dealt both with her and that crazy lunatic Jim Hoffman as well. Do you suppose that your ex husband is Jim Hoffman using that name as an alias? Jenn is a downright phoney along with Jim Hoffman who have nothing better to do than rip off innocent fans.

Hi, thank you for your comment. I have tried that phone number many times and I always get "Jenn" who leaves her cell phone which always goes to voice mail. A could get her on the line a few years ago and that is how I confirmed his physical address, however when my process server went to the house in Woodstock whomever answered the door said they had not idea who Jim Friskel was.

The attempted service the Notice Of Hearing about 6 times, talked to neighbors, etc, all to no avail. The FL Dept. of Revenue's Child Support Enforcement (DOR/CSE) cannot transfer the case to NY until they have an address where he "has mail delivered to him".

I had a process server at his house in Park City, Utah who went to the house numerous times, windows were open, patio doors were open but no one ever answered the door. I have spent 100's of hours (time taken away from my children), 1000,s of dollars on attorneys. I had him in front of a judge in FL five or six times and he managed to talk the judge out of incarceration.

Anne, I posted the phone number of GSG Entertainment several times on the rip off report. Please refer to my previous reports. Apparently, you are not paying attention to the information I gave you. That should help you get this ex husband criminal that GSG is harboring in jail and the company in trouble with the law and the federal trade commission. You should call them or get a lawyer to call for you.

I want this company out of business myself and Ultrastar another fan club website company who's better to take over, but unfortunately they are not going under just yet but they should eventually once they find out about this dilemma.

I want them out of business and if the Moody Blues and Duran Duran find out about your criminal ex husband and the damage that they have been causing a lot of fans by ripping them off and stealing their money; they will not do business with GSG Entertainment any longer and they will fold and go out of business. Believe me, they would not want to deal with a fraudulant company who has let down the fans time and time again.

I don't know what else to tell you but you have to prove that this is valid in order for this to happen and for GSG to shut down their operations and get your ex in jail!
