Jamey Licandro  and Mobil3 Communications in Davenport, Iowa  is a CROOK and a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR!!!  On 10/30/2009 I shipped 5 cell phones to Jamey  Licandro and company. I sent them in 2 express mail packages because the contents would not fit in one envelope. One package was delivered with 2 HTC Diamond cell phones to Jamey, but due to an error in the shipping label one package was returned to me on 11/9/09. We had agreed that he would be sending payment to me at the same time (10/30/09)that I sent him the phones.  When I finally got the second envelope back with the other phones I still had not recieved ANY payment from Jamey Licandro.

I have no problem sending the other phones but now I don't trust him to pay me for them since as of now he has not even paid for the ones that he has received.

I have made every attempt to communicate with Jamey Licandro and Mobil3 Communications to resolve this matter and  at the very least get paid the money that he already owes for the cell phones that he has already received.

Now in an ugly smear he is posting bad things about me when he is the one who is doing the screwing!!!   When buying a phone from this con man make sure you get what you pay for and if selling him a phone use PayPal. Don't take his word that he will do what he claims....as far as I am concerned he is a real SHYSTER!
