Jamie Downs Pleasanton Pool and Patio Pool was 4" out of level,waterfall was not as designed, never finished job, grout is coming out of coping. Will not return calls or get me any information on pool equipment. Adding 1-2" of water a day to pool. Took 3 months for a job that was to be 10 b days. Have not heard from him since August 2016. If anyone else has been scammed I am filing lawsuit soon if pool manufacturer Barrier Reef that pushed me to this Con man. Pleasanton Texas

 Purchased IG fiberglass pool from Barrier Reef pools in new Braunfel, Tx. I was directed and pushed to use Pleasanton Pool and Patio by them. Had difficult time making contact and getting info from Jamie Down. Barrier Reef assured me it would be ok and again reassured me Jamie will be in touch. Finally began work on pool in June to be finished by the time our new home would be complete. Pool put in and concrete deck poured and pool was over 4" out of level. Floated with grout on shallow end leaving a 12.5" first step. Water fall is way to high and was not anything like we designed. Called Jaime when the subcontractor was building but Jamie told them to finish. Now I am stuck with a huge waterfall that looks like an alter and blocks view of the ranch and oaks. Have not heard from him since and now my grout between the coping is deteriorating and falling into pool. Barrier Reef has made promise to help but have not done anything to resolve. I also have had surgery on my knee recently due to slipping when trying to step into pool and Mia judged the height of the first step that now is permanent at 13".
