It's just to much to tell here and not very good if you can't see it. So I made this video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTLvXEYT4FE
You may ask why I don't hire a lawyer. Simple. I don't have the money and I'm not a citizen of the US.

Your 6 months holding period or whatever are over. You still have my money. I still don't have a working site. And I didn't order a recycled site from 2005.

This individual's name is Christian Hoffman and he is a scam artist. He hired me to build him a website in November, 2012.
I not only built him a site, one that he approved in the early stages (Where I explained to him if he wanted to do Seized cars, I have a template for that niche that I used to use in 2005.
This offer does not only involve building a website for the customer (As this fraudster would have you believe) and what he is not telling you is that he had CONSTANT contact with me for TWO MONTHS.
I wasted two months coaching this individual PERSONALLY, built his site with his approval the whole way along and then he goes to the bank without even one simple complaint to my face.
Then, I tell the bank, I have no idea what happened with my friend here, I was in the middle of building his website, coaching him, speaking to him daily, etc.
So the bank sees that he basically just stole the site from me and was planning all along to just chargeback and keep it for himself. In other words, he wanted to rip off a company like mine. Little did he know I do these projects individually and am in close contact with the client myself, instead of outsourcing. But I spend a ton of time and money on these projects. Also, the bank saw our conversation via skype which was 2 MONTHS LONG, in other words, the skype text conversation between Christian and I was probably 10 miles long!
I would of course fixed those links for him if he asked.
He chargedback in the middle of the project!!
So get this.. the chargeback comes in right? And I skype him, Christian.. what happened? please don't do that! Lets keep working together, etc.
NO ANSWER.
Then, once the bank overturns the chargeback, two months later, Christian comes out of nowhere on skype and says "Ok I see you WON, etc."
This isn't a game, this is work for hire. I do not work for free and you chose that niche. I also was out of $7500 as the bank will not return the money to me for 6 months!
Absolute insanity if you ask me.
It wasn't as easy as you think to update that entire template, launch it on your domain either, in fact I also gave him one of my own Clickbank accounts I had for years!
Clients like these are why you do not want to work in Internet Marketing. They are gamblers, tricksters, they conveniently wait until you transfer the domain to them then they try things like this. And when the chargeback gets overturned they try to trash your name.
I will make a little video as well and help other providers learn how to avoid these types of things.
Sincerely,
Jamie Lewis
