This company violates it's merchant services agreements with all major credit cards by charging a $.50 fee (non-taxed) for each credit and debit card transaction. It started last fall with the rise of merchant services fees and is not illegal in North Carolina. However, it is against their agreements and contracts made with their credit card companies that process the transactions.
