Judge (((REDACTED))) who is ripe for retirement is a liar, he is corrupt,he is old allegedly sick and mentally impaired. He is retired Judge he does not know or follow the law he is easily tricked he is lazy and unprofessional. He gets $700per hour has no accountability for his negligence and incompetence . He has a very good reputation , but People should know the truth Bout him.
He is not a neutral party, he is corrupt and he should be retired. JAMS is not an alternative dispute resolution service , it is a con. They do not inform you that they do not follow law, they just decide people’s lives on.?.whatever they feel like it is a ripoff, the people are unprofessional

JAMS arbitration uses retired judges to hold the position of allegedly neutral arbitratord. when They explain the rules , they fail to explain that they do not need to follow the law. They set up a case based on certain laws , for example Illinois law , however they do not explain that the arbitrator does not Have to follow law. They do not follow their own rules ,forvexamplebproviding a ruling within 30 days , ours took almost nine months for the judge to spend 27 hours allegedly to rule . He did not look at or consider any of the thousands of pages of evidence but ruled based on lies and stories
