Todd Mayo is the head a-- hole of this rip off organization. First he will tell you that you will get all your business very quickly. "We have companies waiting for you to clean." This proves to be completely false. Be prepared to wait a LONG time before you get your business fulfilled, especially if you buy a large plan.
Next, they transfer troubled accounts, where the customers are pissed off at the previous franchise owner and expect you to save them. They charge you a fee for this!! Speaking of fees, they charge, 18.7% franchise fees for every dollar you make.
What do you get for these fees you ask? The answer is NOTHING you can not do yourself. They employ so called "operation managers" that do nothing to help you, but b***h and moan that they are underpaid.
Did I mention they underbid accounts and still charge you the same fees??
This business is a complete joke and waste of time, unless you are willing to work for minimum wage and be yelled at for allegedly missing a piece of crap on a toilet, I highly suggest you look somewhere else for a business opportunity.
