Prantil's court records show every three months, for the past five years, she is " Released On Recognizance" on Parole, which means she is enrolled in some type of Mental Health Program and court ordered to be on Parole.
Quite simply, Mary Prantil is SCAMMING the New York State to avoid being prosecuted for nine criminal charges that will land her in prison for a long time.
The charges add up to be a year per charge-nine years.
Unfortunately, people like Mary Prantil who try to play themselves off as "crazy" in order to stay out of jail are hurting the people who really need to be in these programs.
I would say that Mary Prantil is such a low life by doing this, because she is actually ripping off the state of New York.
Prantil is scamming hard working New Yorkers who have to work hard to put food on the table for their children.
PLUS she is cheating other people who truly need these programs out of the health care they need.
Mary Prantil thinks she can ride the New York Court Systems to keep herself from being put in prison because she has been enrolling in New York State Mental Health Programs to keep herself out of jail/prison.
These court continuances have progressed continuously for three months at a time for the past
five or so years.
This is why monstrosity Mary Prantil is avoiding being made to stand trial in criminal court to face her charges-she plays herself off as a psycho, comes to court pretending like she has hurt her leg while limping on crutches, and everything one could possibly dream up in order to keep getting three month continuances given to her...
Which is a 90 day at a time assessment given by the New York Criminal Courts Judge to a supposedly crazy mentally ill person, and after she gets her 90 day continuance and released again on recognizance, she spams the web continuing her slander and lies for the next three months.
I wonder what the New York Criminal Courts and the New York State Mental Health Department would say if I sent them all the information and things that Prantil is up to during her little 90 day continuances released on recognizance?
I wonder what Mary Prantil's Parole Officer and Case Worker would say about all this?
Do they know about the lawsuit and judgement we have won on her?

I have recently ordered a love eternal spell, and hate to say that i am getting extremely worried that ive been scammed... i came accross this site and thought it cant be true. My spell is due to be cast soon and i have not heard from michael for a week now and starting to wonder why. I will obviously post again if he does happen to respond and give me any proof of his casting for me, but if not then this man is a liar, and i am going to take further action.

I am never giving my name because I am very scared of Michael Jenkins and his father Jim Morgan. I am writing from Washington D.C. Why did they hurt me?
I thought that Michael was honest and thought he told me the truth. I was very wrong. He was so nice to me too at first.
Michael Jenkins told me lots of times he and his father Jim Morgan were working together on all my many problems. That was less than only a month ago, but I only spoke to Michael because he said his dad Jim was busy casting
a spell and could not talk to me on the phone.
I spent so much money on all of this, over seven thousand and never heard back from either of them. Goodbye everyone, and stay away from them Michael threatened me many times.

Michael Jenkins proclaims to sell a wide range of spells, including love and revenge spells. His prices are expensive - they average $900 upwards, but for that he claims to offer 24/7 customer support, saying he is available to discuss client
cases day or night. He also promises results within a matter of weeks, and to send out individual spell pictures and the kits that need to be done to accompany the spells. He claims he has a 97% success rate overall and even a 100% success rate for some of his spells.
The reality is very different. I and several of my friends bought a number of Michael's spells, including his Love Eternal + 30-day casting for $1400. He promised us that we would be reunited with our partners and that all the other
results we wished for would appear within a few weeks. He also promised to send us the Negativity Releasing Prayer kits that we had to do in return for Divinity granting us our requests and pictures of our spells. However, the NRP kits never arrived and nor did he ever e-mail the spell pictures. We chased him up over and over for these to no avail. All we received were false promises.
In addition, while we were waiting for results, if we ever managed to get hold of Michael on the phone, all we received were long silences and the same old standard monosyllabic replies, namely "keep me posted" and "be patient". If we tried to get the advice and support we so desperately needed, again all he replied was "I dunno, go ask a psychic". This is just not the way to deal with people who are upset, desperate and in heartbroken states, plus it's a far cry from what he promises on his web site. He also failed to respond to our e-mails or if he did, the replies were just as brief and unsatisfactory.
All in all my friends and I spent $1000s with Michael and not one of us got results. There wasn't even any proof that he cast the spells we paid for and as for getting the so-called 3 free recasts that the spells are supposed to come with, all he ever did was try to persuade us to part with more money and buy additional spells. 1 of my poor friends was so vulnerable that she was persuaded to part with $6000 - her whole life savings and in return, Michael left her broke, pregnant and without the boyfriend she so desperately yearned for and whom he promised to return to her. Another one of my friends is getting divorced - so much for getting her husband back via Michael's spells! Furthermore, if you try to get your money back from him, then he throws his disclaimer at you in defence, saying no refunds and no guarantees, and tells you your case is closed. As for him having years of experience, he is only 26!
If you want to go the spells route, there are way better web sites out there like spellmaker where you are given a personal caseworker who stays with you until results appear or divinelovelight who offers phenomenal e-mail support.
Michael Jenkins is nothing but a greedy money-grabbing scammer and con artist - DO NOT go near him please!

Quite simply, Mary Prantil is SCAMMING the New York State to avoid being prosecuted for nine criminal charges that will land her in prison for a long time.
The charges add up to be a year per charge-( WHICH IS UP TO NINE YEARS IN PRISON SHE IS FACING CURRENTLY )
Unfortunately, people like Mary Prantil who try to play themselves off as "crazy" in order to stay out of jail are hurting the people who really need to be in these programs.
I would say that Mary Prantil is such a low life by doing this, because she is actually ripping off the state of New York. Mary Prantil is not crazy----she is a mean spirited, malicious, SOCIOPATH, and the most hateful woman I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.
Prantil is scamming hard working New Yorkers who have to work hard to put food on the table for their children.
The average person in New York would live in some kind of apartment, and possibly work two jobs if they had to keep their apartment, have enough money to pay a few bills, and buy food for their family.
Why should anyone in New York have to work eight to sixteen hours per day knowing that their hard earned tax dollars are helping to pay for a CRIMINAL SUCH AS MARY PRANTIL to avoid being prosecuted for nine criminal charges and to keep her OUT of jail instead of putting her IN jail where she belongs?
Does that sound like Mary Prantil is an "American Hero" to you? Sounds like Prantil is nothing but an UN American ZERO to me. Mary Prantil is anything BUT American. And certainly NOT any type of hero.
In the state of New York, if you read about this on the Huffington Post, there is a huge political uproar about what it has and is costing the hard working tax payers to fund these mental health programs and how criminals like Mary Prantil play the system while freeloading off legal aid to keep from going to prison.
And instead of the truly ill people that need these programs cannot get into them, as they are crowded out by criminals like Mary Prantil so the needy people who are ill and need to be on a program cannot get it but instead get pushed to the back of the line so to speak so a MONSTER like Prantil can get into these programs to avoid justice being served on her and her being made to make restitution. If Prantil loves New York, why doesn't she stop stealing from innocent fellow New Yorkers and face the consequences of her criminal acts?
Probably because Mary Prantil is a spineless, worthless liar and cares much more about promoting her lies on the web and using New York and playing New York's legal system to her advantage no matter what she has to do or say in order to pull it off.
A REAL American Hero and REAL New Yorker that is a DECENT human being would admit to their crimes and face going to jail and make restitution for their crimes, but not Mary Prantil. She is too much of a chicken SH_T to even so much as look at herself in the mirror.
There is something weird about someone who posts a picture of themselves wearing dark sunglasses. Something to hide? How about she is hiding behind her sunglasses so she will not have to face anyone? How can she call herself a human being who loves New York when all she does is SCAM and USE New York and innocent New Yorkers so she can avoid her imminent karma? Then on top of that talk about God, quote scripture, etc.? Hypocrite BIG TIME.
Mary Prantil is cheating other people who truly need these programs out of the health care they need.
Mary Prantil thinks she can ride the New York Court Systems to keep herself from being put in prison because she has been enrolling in New York State Mental Health Programs to keep herself out of jail/prison.
These court continuances have progressed continuously for three months at a time for the past five or so years. This is why, ( to the readers that have been following these threads ) Mary Prantil is up here and on the web posting and posting lies, lies, lies about me and my innocent business in between her court dates.
This is another reason why monstrosity Mary Prantil is avoiding being made to stand trial in criminal court to face her charges-she plays herself off as a psycho, a mentally disturbed or whatever person, and comes to court pretending like she has hurt her leg while limping on crutches, and everything one could possibly dream up in order to keep getting three month continuances given to her...
Which is a 90 day at a time assessment given by the New York Criminal Courts Judge to a supposedly crazy mentally ill person, and after she gets her 90 day continuance and released again on recognizance, she spams the web continuing her slander and lies for the next three months.
Avoiding prison for Mary Prantil is enrolling in a mental health program, and going to court every three months. Nine criminal charges, and the people she has committed these crimes against, where does that leave them? Where is THEIR justice?
I wonder what the New York Criminal Courts and the New York State Mental Health Department would say if I sent them all the information and things that Prantil is up to during her little 90 day continuances released on recognizance?
I wonder what Mary Prantil's Parole Officer and Case Worker would say about all this?
Do they know about the lawsuit and judgement we have won on her?
I wonder if they would like me to pass on some very incriminating information to them about this malicious criminal Mary Prantil?
What an interesting thought.
Better yet- Mary Prantil should just STOP POSTING LIES ABOUT US NOW if she wants to keep getting released on recognizance. Stop posting. Everything Mary Prantil has posted about us are all lies and slander.
There is no safety net for Mary Prantil in Nevada.

According to New York Unified courts, and the lateste Nevada filings, there are up to ten charges brought against Mary Prantil, to which some may evolve into federal charges and possible jail time. Mary Prantil has utilized services to falsely accuse Jan Windglows and James Morgan and their respected business with sites like Rip Off Report. A recent court date was issued, but Mary Prantil failed to make her appearance.
Mrs Prantil had her chance to show up to court in proving all the numerous statements and/or allegations that she's made against James and Jan over the five years but didn't take the opportunity to prove her statements in a court of law. Scott Chapman is the attorney representing James and Jan, and has posted a response on websites like Rip Off Report. Scott Chapman is helping to remove multiple blogs and slanderous online material generated by Mary Prantil that was set out to slander and hurt James and Jan. So far fourteen or more sites and blogs have been deleted that were created by Mrs. Prantil over the last five years.
