Our Cub Scout Pack placed an order, for t-shirts, from Jane Jane Sportswear, back around March of this year. Thru numerous emails, they have promised delivery of this order, and have failed to provide either the order, or a refund (Appr $436). My prior Committee Chair has been the one dealing with Anne, and Dee Dee of Jane Jane Sportswear, and he has not been able to resolve the issue. As they have now ceased answering his phone calls, and are not responding via email, we have assumed that they are not going to provide either the t-shirts, or the refund. At this point, I would prefer that they just cancel the order, and send our money back. My Scouts worked hard for this money, and to not provide either goods, or refund, to me is the same as stealing.

My Cub Scout Pack has received our T-Shirt order, from Jane Jane Sportswear. Once the issue was determined to be a Bad Shipper, they worked very hard to replace the lost order in a timely manner. Much Thanks.

Case of Bad Shipper

This issue was the result of the shipper losing the order, not Jane Jane. I am currently working with them to resolve the issue. They are handling it very professionally, and are working hard to replace the lost shipment.
