    Jared E & Claire  A. Shafer destroy lives through the Public guardians office and the Nevada family court.    
Jared E Shafer along with Clair A Shafer his  wife,  Barry Isaac Shafer their son, and Danica Lee Csukor the familys divorced daughter created a business devoted to robbing and plundering Nevadas disabled seniors. You will read about the Shafer family who brags about their    gains taken from the backs of defenseless elders who were forced under the corrupt control of Jared E Shafer,  Clark Countys former public guardian.

     My cousin Mikes situation brought me into contact  with this unscrupulous Mormon  family.
 
       Mike moved to Las Vegas in 1993.  In 2004 he was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease. Mikes wife  died a year earlier.  Her death left no one to take care of him. Jared Shafer was appointed as his guardian by the Las Vegas Family court in 2005. The trust plundering began at this time.  Mike left this world in 2007.  My cousins house along with his possessions  were confiscated by Jared Shafer,  Patience Bristol, and his home was sold to Danica Lee Csukor in a private sale.  Again Danica Csukor is the divorced daughter of Jared Shafer. The sale price of the home was sold at 30% under market value.  The house was valued at $170,000 and it was sold to Danica Lee Csukor for $121,000.     Danica Csukor immediately resold the property within 60 days to Robert Coingsburger at a price of $148,000.  

Danica Lee Csukor/Shafer made a gross profit of $27,000  on the quick sale. Danica said dad makes these deals all of the time. Danicas husband Antal filed for divorce on grounds of an inability to live with the Shafer familys questionable ethics. Barry Isaac Shafer and Danica Csukor have lives filled with serious substance abuse coupled with harmful emotional problems due to father Shafers  unethical business practices. Both of the Shafer off-spring are now in therapy.   Barry and Danica cant hold a job or keep a relationship.  Jared, Claire, and Barry  Shafer proceeded to plunder  my cousins estate of $150,000 in fees leaving his disabled son totally penniless. The final straw occurred when I attended a small gathering at Shafers residence. Shafer didnt know Mike was a relation. 

In a glass case in front of me in full view was Mikes rare baseball card collection, which Jared Shafer claimed in his accounting didnt exist. I could identify this collection because several of the cards belonging to the group were given to Mike by my father. I saw them arranged in the exact order, which my cousin mike liked to display his players.  the names are as follows: Babe Ruth 1927, Ty Cob 1932, and Mickey Mantle 1952.  Shafer bragged to his guests about this collection, which he claimed was given to him by senator Harry Reid. The gravity of this lie prompted me to make a  close check of Clark county recorder records, which revealed Jared E Shafer, Danica Lee Csukor his daughter, Barry Isaac Shafer, his son, and Claire Ades Shafer the wife have been involved in over 2200 questionable property transactions involving Jared Shafers wards.  The transactions in question date back to 1989.

County recorder records show 1885 property transactions are personally connected to Jared Shafer. Further investigation proved the Shafer family made large profits from these 2200 sales.  Approximately 500 of these questionable sales are handled by David J. Cabral who has been  Jared Shafers money man behind the dark curtain for over 30 years under the name LS Enterprises.  Note the initials LS stands for his daughters middle and maiden last names.  I have videos of Mr. Cabral sitting in Commissioner Jon Norheims court taking copious notes.  Cabral writes intensely when Commissioner Norheim pretends he is auctioning off the wards property. Mr. Cabral smiles as he enters addresses into a notebook labeled for this purpose. 

Shafers son and daughter constantly brag to friends about how they benefit from Mr. Cabrals activities and manipulations.  The Shafer children call David Cabral the mafias money man. This could be a joke, but the truth often surfaces in jest.  Barry is amazed at how Cabral gets away with it.  I have obtained records from several counties both in and out of Nevada along with reports from a financial investigator.  They will be revealed in these reports during the next few months.   I have  turned these documents over to the proper authorities.  Claire masks David Cabrals public guardian transactions through a series of companies, which have been traced back to her.  Claire answers Jared Shafers phone, handles property transactions directly with Cabral, and has been openly heard bragging about Jared Shafer and David Cabrals owning family law in the state of Nevada. 

 Internet reports along with newspaper articles reveal this family has ruined over 10,000 lives of unsuspecting elders placed into their care. When you Google Jared Shafer, Patience Bristol, Commissioner Norheim, Judge Chuck Hoskin, Sundance Medical, and Alan Freer be aware the Shafer off-spring has benefited from the activities from this rogues gallery of hypocrites. Their crimes are committed under the false banner of protection.     In a recent court case, Claire was seen leaving the court room embarrassed while Jared Shafer sat playing with a rubber band, putting the rubber band into his mouth, removing his baseball cap, picking the skin from his scalp, putting the skin into his mouth, and finally biting his nails down to the point where they were bleeding.  While all of this dysfunction was going on in Commissioner Norheims court, Shafers attorney Alan Freer was questioning the mental condition of a family member wanting to take care of her sister. 

I met Jared Shafer outside the Las Vegas Family Court at 601 Pecos.  I asked him how he could go through life taking money from seniors, especially my cousin Mikes family.  Shafer said taking money from old people is the way I have always made my living .   Mr. Shafer continued by saying no judge will ever cross me.  If they do they will not work in this state again.  Go to the media if you want, they will listen, but no one of any importance will do anything. The people in Vegas are afraid of me and they know what I can do to anyone who wants to play games and get cute. This is only happening to old people and, frankly no one really gives a d**n about them.  Contact the media and they will give you lip service. Claire and I have lived by this philosophy   our entire  life and it has paid us very well.

1. I attended a political fund raiser in Reno and spoke privately with Nevadas governor, Brian Sandoval who said Jared Shafer is a bottom feeder. He has been a major thorn  to this state for many years.  We want him to simply retire, but he is very well entrenched. My administration is considering asking the federal government for assistance.  As governor I dont want Nevada to behave like a corrupt small town that fell under the control of an unscrupulous political boss.  If this problem isnt solved seniors may not want to live in our beautiful state.    

This is very serious when a sitting State governor cant take on such an arrogant criminal.  The governors idea to ask the Federal Government for help is the best solution on the table because Shafers tentacles extend through several states: Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California.   Nevada has now officially admitted State family law has been corrupted by the probate mafia.  Something must be done.  If you are a victim of  guardian abuse similar to the type practiced by   Jared Shafer and his wife Claire, contact your attorney, write your congress person, call your senator, and let the media know about the exploitation being committed against our countrys most precious asset, our senior citizens.
