Jared Shafer Professional Fiduciary Services of Nevada Stealing Trust Monies and misappropriation of authority Henderson , Nevada

Jared was appointed to the Trust of my father in December 2008 and never took the trust duties on until Feb or March 2009. He has taken 50,000.00 to a UTE contrsution which I have been told is one of his friends. He has stolen over 13,000.00 from the trust. He has done nothing. I have asked him to step down but he will not, why because then we get an accounting of the monies. He is a liar and theft.

He charged the trust 7463.00 in accounting fees from Amy Viggiano Deittrick and send me a letter from the IRS that applies to ALL his cases and charged us for it. He needs to be stopped but everyone want thousands to file this case and I do not have that because he has stolen it all. If anyone out there can and will help with this case, or direct me to the police person in Vegas who can work this cse please contact me through this web site. I want him stopped now. Before he destroys more lives.
