Im going to make this real quick, i spoke to the client that supposebly put this report on me, and she informed me it was not her. Its quite interesting that everything written on this report happens to be the reason why i fired Stephen Piga from New Jersey who sold a property from our list, and yes, the property went into foreclosure, and we immidiately told him to refund his portion and we refunded ours. We sell tax lien properties, which means these properties owe bad taxes, we specifie this on our website. Once you purchase these properties you need to call the county and work out payment for bad taxes, we sell these properties for anywhere between $2,000-$5,000.00. But this gentleman decided to put up an auction on his Ebay account claiming these properties owed $0 bad taxes and that it even had tenants which it did not. Id like to see the recordings hes talking about, hmmm. there is none cause he is a liar. When we refunded back the client, i thought the situation was taken care of, but for some reason i decided to call her a few weeks later and she explained to me he had not refunded anything to her. I told her she needed to report this to the police, I am now working with my lawyer and plan to file against this man for fraud, deffamation of character. And to make matters worse, he was telling all his clients that he was affiliated with our company and even forwarded his website pigaproperties to our domain. This guy a small time fraudster. Beware of him. We stand by our reputation, we have hundreds of happy customers. Thank you for your time!
