I met this guy while I was in Washington for business during January 2006.

He's the owner of a custom motorcycle shop. He convinced me to place an order on a custom bike from his shop. After taking delivery, I have had nothing but problems with this bike. At first, he was willing to honor the warranty. But now, he won't fix anything and refuses to honor the warranty. Don't ever buy a motorcyle from this guy's shop!

Maybe you shouldn't shop for motorcylces on the internet?

Seriously - Do you buy your cars online without seeing them? Why not take a trip out there and see things for yourself before you buy something so expensive?

I stand behind my bikes 100%. Yet this customer went way overboard and quite frankly, I'm not sure that they're entirely sane anymore.

He was complaining of all sorts of problems that don't even exist on this bike. I just think he bought something he couldn't afford, and now wants his money back. Sorry buddy, it doesn't work like that.

I honor all my warranties as written but don't give refunds. Does anybody know of a car or bike dealer that issues refunds? That's what I thought!

As the previous posted stated...

Be more specific with the problems you're having. There is a such thing as a "lemon law" that could help you get your money back or, at the very least, get your bike fixed.

My motorcycle came out OK

I feel your pain, but can you be more specific about what was wrong with your bike? I've done business with this man and he seems like a solid stand up guy to me.
