Stay away from U-turn Trader or any other products associated with Jason Fielder. The product is useless. Didn't learn anything from it. When you request a refund they use every technicality in the wording of their refund policy to refuse to issue one.

They DO NOT believe that they have an obligation to issue a refund. (That is a direct quote from support) They claim that they are, however, "fair" in deciding whether to grant your request. They refused to refund my money for their useless product because I did not make my "virtual" trades in a verifiable brokerage account. They do request that you give their garbage system a "fair shot" by making at least 1 trade per week in a "virtual" account and that you "document" your trades. They DO NOT specify what, in their view, qualifies as an acceptable "virtual" account. Nor do they say, anywhere, that they will require any form of documentation be sent to them in order to issue a refund. 

They say that, if after 30 days, you are not satisfied you will have 5 days to request a refund. Then when you ask for one they will ask you to export your trades from the "virtual" account you used and send them to them. They are misleading in the wording of their refund policy (and in their ads too). No doubt, that is not an accident. They rely on it in order to have an excuse to refuse to refund your money when you, inevitably realize that you purchased a worthless product.

Save your money. Don't waste your time. The U-turn trade system is U-seless. If you see Jason Fielder's name I suggest you make a U-turn as quickly as possible. That advice is worth more than anything you will find in their products.
