I was browsing  for some  real estate on Ebay, I came across a property that that one pic on hat looked descent, unfortunately  for me, Jase Haber, who is running a company called BUY HOMES DIRT CHEAP only put up the one good picture. Anywho, I had contacted him  for some info on the property back in fourth,  he seemed very helpful at first (of course, he was trying me make a crooked sell). 

Being in a different  state from the property,  of course I asked all the important questions, such as, what's the condition  of the property,  so on so fourth. Our conversation  went like this. So what's wrong with the property? Jase said,  Nothing, all our properties are liveable and just needs minor work. Throughput several  hours of back and fourth conversation,  he stated the same thing over and over again, whenever I would question  him about the nature of the property.

His reply would would  be, "I've been doing this  for a very long time and I just want to get rid of these properties, they just need minor work. I decided to go on line and look up the home in a different site, OH MY,WHAT A MESS IT WAS! I MESSAGED Jase and told him that the property looked  condemned.  He did not message me back of course, he called, since he didn't  want to leave evidence of lies. Jase assured me that those are pictures from 2007 and that it was purchase since the and fixed by the new owners. 

I asked Jase this question  On more than one occasion..."so what your saying  is, that property was fixed by the owners  who purchased it in 2007 and that those pictures are old and the property  just need minor work?" He replied...YES! and went forward with the I've been doing  this for  a very long time so on so fourth. 

I decided to purchase  the property going by his word and hat I had already made a commitment  to buy on eBay anyways. Doing the process, Jase had assured me he work with a good management  company  and he had a guy who worked for him who can go and take pictures of property  for me. Come to find out,  both was a lie. After I purchased he property, I had to literally asked  him for the info on management company several times inc. The guy he used.

He never gave me thr contact for the guy he used to take pictures (since he doesn't exist). He finally gave mea # of a management' Co. I contacted  the lady told me she's great with names and has never heard of such person named Jase. The management  company  looked a the property and was shocked. She described  as I saw in the picture,  roof falling off, no windows, no doors and she said those pictures are from 2014 ((Jase had said 2007).

 The woman basically  told me she wilol not even take my money because  she would be ripping me off because the proparty is so bad and there's  nothing I can do about it. Yes, the property  that Jase said was fixed up and didn't look like that anymore. 

I decided to call Jase, who suddenly  had a different  story and continued to lie and slurring  his words. Told me that  that's  how these properties are in Michigan  and that they all need a lot of work. When ever I would redirect  him to stay on the subject and that we're talking  about the property  he sold me and the the lies he told me in order to make a sel,l  he just continue  to give me the run around. At the end, he said, I have  girl I use, I ask he to take some pictures for you, which was funny, because,  before I purchase it was a guy. I have  yet to hear from Jase. Now I'm  paying tones of taxes on a house I can't  do anything about. It seems also, when I look up his name, he doesn't  seem to have  a good rep. I'm  pretty sure he's  using aliases. A crook like that would  have too.

Did you read my report properly, I see you didn't defend all the lies you told me to get me to buy it. If that was the case you wouldn't  have the need to tell me repeatedly  that the property no longer looks the way it does on the site. Point of the matter is, everything  you said to me was a lie. You lied about the condition  of the property  when  I told you I didn't  want to purchase because  I saw other pictures  of it on the net. If that was the fact you could  have been honest and said, yes, the property still looks like the pictures,  instead you said no the property does not look like that anymore. But of course you would  come here and continue to lie and defend yourself.  I wouldn't  expect any less frof a liar. I'm  still waiting for that potential person you use to take pictures. LOL . Ill be waiting forever huh...Apparently  your name is all over the net as being a rip off buddy, I'm  not the only one.

I would like to begin by apologizing that your experience with us was not pleasant. But first and foremost id like to indicate the facts here, you purchased this property As-Is, where is for only $700.00. This property was listed on the ebay auction and stated this, it also stated that all clients must do there due deligence. I dont understand where you would think you can find a property for $700 dollars that would be ready to move in with a tenant. We sell these properties daily and never have issues because people read the fine print. We make sure to be honest and straight forward. We always mention that these properties are sold as-is where is. Im pretty shocked you would write a report on this website when we delivered the deed to you in less than 48 hours as we stated we would. We are not ripping anyone off, our profit was $200 on this deal, really? rip someone off for $200? We sell these at wholesale prices, and if you search on ebay, every one lists the properties with pictures used by trulia or zillow because we are not physically there. It sadens me that we could not help you better, we love seeing happy customers but please consider what you paid for this property as well as the complete discription we placed on the auction. You were buying a tax lien property. In order to have a property ready to go with tenants would have costed well over $10,000.00. We are not ripping anyone off and feel very sad you feel that way. That being said, Im sorry you feel this way. Thanks!
