 You have never spoken to Jason Haines and I have no idea who you are. I am Jason Haines and Robert Jerlow ruined my life too. Robert Jerlow is my Step Father and I worked for his company Jerlow and Associates in Oklahoma and my home state of California. Anything that was done with Serviam Risk Management was handled by Robert Jerlow. Robert Jerlow became the head of the Corporation Serviam Risk Management in December 2010 but never sent in the paperwork to the state. I contacted the state and Mr.Jerlow and I refiled the corporate paperwork and the state retroactively made him the head of the corporation in May 2011. I have a letter signed by Mr. Jerlow stating that Serviam was all his idea and that he takes all responsibility for Serviam in December 2010. It also stated that I was stepping down from the corporation. I trusted Mr. Jerlow because he was my dad and raised me from the The age of 9. Mr Jerlow promised me lots of workers compensation surveillance work if I started Serviam with him. Since Mr. Jerlow was my dad and I worked for him for many years doing work comp surveillance I though I could trust him. I've been homeless and lost everything because of Robert Jerlow. A man named Michael Denight filed a law suit against me and I was unable to fight it because I was living out of state and unable to pay for an attorney to represent me. Mr denight thinks he spoke to me but he never did. Mr. Denight produced email conversations that he thought were between he and myself but they were really between himself and Mr Jerlow who was posing as me. I was totally unaware that Mr. Jerlow did any of this until I saw the emails that Mr. Denight's attorney sent me. I confronted Mr. Jerlow about the emails while he was in prison and he assured me that he would make things right with Mr.Denight and anyone involved with Serviam but he never did. I regret ever dealing with my father Robert Jerlow and am sorry for what he did to anyone that got involved with Serviam. I have tried to get Mr Jerlow on several occasions to admit his wrong doing and pay Mr.Denight and anyone else he screwed over but Mr. Jerlow cut off all communication with me and went into hiding. Recently I found a corporation that Mr.Jerlow's wife is the head of and called the Phone number. Mr Jerlow's wife Jana Kroutilova can be heard on the message for the new business. The new business is located in Beverly Hills California and Is called vigilant Group Inc. Mr. Jerlow's wife is the head of the corporation. I do not know if Mr.Jerlow is or is not employed by the Company. After calling this company and leaving two messages I was sent a cease and desist letter from Mr.Jerlow's attorney to my grandmother's home. MR. Jerlow is represented by Sugar Parikh of the Beverly a Hills Law group. I am sorry for what happened with Serviam and if I'd know what Mr.Jerlow was doing I would have put a stop to it. The main reason communication stopped for the people affiliated with serviam was because the man running it "Robert Jerlow" went to prison and didn't tell anyone that he was the one running it. If anyone actually think they spoke to Jason Haines they are wrong. If you don't believe me that's OK but search Mr. Jerlow's criminal history and then search mine. Of the two of us Mr. Jerlow is the only one with a criminal history. I've never been arrested or committed any crimes.
