Jason M. Ramer has posted positions available for a field rep or property inspector offering to pay $3 per house in the Desoto County, Oktibbeha County, and other areas.

He acts as if he works for Mississippi Property Inspections company. He pretends to be subcontracting his work out to the people he "hires". With that, he says the money for the jobs completed will not be available until one month after the work is completed. He makes promises about how much money you are earning and will receive, all the while you spend gas money and time taking photos of houses in foreclosure in sometimes dangerous areas.

You will NOT be paid and if you do the check will bounce. Specifically in my case, he made up several different stories about how paypal wouldn't work one day and how the bank must have sent the check to the wrong address another day. Each time, taking 60 days recover the "check". I am still owed several hundreds and he is no longer responding to phone calls. I've since done research and learned that he has done this to many others.

MISSISSIPPI HOME INSPECTIONS is the name that he uses as his company. I called the listed number for Mississippi Property inspections and the man that answered said that Jason M. Ramer never worked for him. He also said several other people have called to complain about him owing them money. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!!

Just an FYI.

Jason operates as Mississippi Property Inspections.  He recieves his work from Bishop Inspection Services.  I know for a fact Bishop has known about Jason's bad business practices for some time.  If Bishop Inspection Services is still allowing Jason to manage their inspections by scamming hard working people, shame on Bishop Inspections.

The excuses listed in your complaint are the exact same BS excuses for late/no pay that I heard from Jason.  Im starting to think Bishop Inspection Services may be in on Jason's little scheme.  Stay FAR away from this duo.
