Jason told me to return the materials for full refund then when he got the soft cover manual that I had highlighted in yellow, he claimed I did not return the materials in original manner and refused refund and is sending it back to me.

He mentioned nothing ahead of time about the condition the materials had to be in to return them for refund.

The only criteria I remember about returning his $700. manual and CDs, was I would first have to pass a test to show I read the material before he would allow a refund.

Now what more proof does anyone need than to see a yellow highlighted manual to see if someone read the material.

When he told me to return his course, he mentioned nothing of the test nor the condition the materials had to be in.

I did not return the materials because I thought the text looked bad but because I thought his manual and CDs was a bunch of crap. Anyone who has studied the internet for over 3 years as I have knows all the beginner stuff already.

He said he'd reveal secrets not previously revealed by any other internet marketer, but after reviewing the hundreds of internet marketers he claims to have studied, all he did was compile the info from them, rehash it, and put it into manual and CD form and charged $713. for it.

He is now returning the materials to me.

This guy is nothing but a scam artist, and a lair!

Refund on the course

AUTHOR: Nick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 06, 2006

Hello Patrick,

This is Nick Bentley, I handle refunds and course shipments for doublepayment.com First, our refund policy is clearly stated right on our main page under "Terms of Use". Specifically it's:

"Refund Policy

We offer a 90 day refund policy on our courses. They must be returned in the original box, and in new condition. Courses with scratched disks, broken binders or writing or marks on the pages will not be accepted. We strongly recommend you insure the course when sending it for the full purchase price in case of damage. For your own safety, you should also obtain a tracking number to confirm delivery. Courses must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable."

If you wrote in the course with magic marker it would not be accepted. The same is true of any book store or any other company if you bought a book or course then marked it up and sent it back.

I'm sorry but this is not only on our site in our terms page before you buy, but it's also a matter of common sense. We have a generous 90 day refund policy but not if you damage it on purpose so it cannot be resold. Nobody would buy it if someone already wrote all over it. We returned the course with a letter saying this and a link to our refund policy but I see you failed to mention that.

RUE IS IN THE WRONG!

AUTHOR: Curt - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 27, 2005

Rue, how does spending money on a product that does not live up to its advertisement prove it works? Patrick stated that he was unable to obtain any new useful information as advertised.
Just because Patricks sitting at home with a product that he paid for DOES NOT mean it works...GET REAL!

When a product's advertisement says it will fulfill certain obligations and fails to do so, well who wouldn't be upset! Who wouldn't want
their money back.

Rue did you even read patricks complaint thoroughly because the argument you present doesn't hold much merit as I have now shown.

What is GLS and whoever that guy you mentioned?
Again your very vague as to what your rebutting!
My advice to anyone seeking to make money off the internet is to make sure what your doing is legitimate or is a legitimate product! AND OF COURSE

Springfield...It seems that the meer fact that you spent the money with this individual proves that the system works. If you would have gained anything from what he is saying in his material, you would have noticed this. The fact that you were at one time sitting at home with his material proves that his system worked. Call it whatever you like, he made the money. Simply because you did not "see" what he was trying to say, is not his fault. Every method and venture will have it's disatisfied customers. Ask the people that bought "GLH" how satisfied they were. Do you think Ron lost a moments sleep over it? No, he was too busy planning his next venture.
