I was a recent participant of this company that makes a claim that you can get paid commissions for simply "posting pictures" on Instagram. Evidently, it's a program that gives you money in exchange for referring people to their program through your Instagram account. Of course, they never actually tell you the additional programs you have to buy up front in order to do the mechanical aspects of automating leads into your business. In any case, when I first signed up, there were no policies mentioned concerning refunds signing up. So I presumed firsthand that if there'd be any trouble with the program, I could receive a refund back as a precaution. This was the complete opposite. When I first signed up, there were two features to the company: First, there was "Picture perfect profits" itself. Second, the upsell Automator "motivated marketers monthly". This upsell product gives you purportedly a free 30-day trial to test their automation to get you supposedly up and running faster. When I signed up, and put my credit card information in to process the order, I received no receipt of my purchase and I was linked back to the same billing page with all my information erased. So I resumed to sign up again with my information and once again, no receipt, all information gone. They ended up with two $30 payments that I never got back through FIRST my VISA card. So I e-mailed the founder of the program whose name is Jason, whose co-founder is also Trent Silver for a refund of the "second" payment because I intended to go along with the program out of zeal. He told me that I would receive information on the program soon and that the second subscription would be cancelled. By cancellation, I would have thought my money would be refunded back as well. But then I told him that I would also require my first payment back because I then decided to pay the company not through my U.S. Bank account, but rather my PayPal account. He then replied that he cancelled that as well and I could proceed to make that payment through PayPal and so I did. Fast forwarding, I never got my money back, but I felt assured that he cancelled my subscriptions so that I wouldn't be billed twice. I went along with the program for about a week or two and wasn't getting decent service to the site, I was a member but couldn't even get access into the site even when typing in the correct account info. I contacted their support line, they told me to submit a ticket, I submitted three tickets and none of my complaints were responded too. Once again, I called Jason and I told him I wanted completely out of the program and for any subscription to the site to be cancelled and my refunds considering the period was not up neither was their a policy. He Replied, "alright, your cancelled. But there are no refunds. Once you pay, we do not refund your money back" However, there is no indication on their site that states that the money you pay to them is "non-refundable". So today, before writing this report, not too long ago, I get a statement that $30 is being extracted from my account from the very program I could've sworn I cancelled my subscriptions from. The company is not very professional, neither is the founder of the company. Their contact support seldom answer your complaints, their site doesn't even let you into the membership area even though I effortlessly put the right information in. And most importantly, their not clear on their policies, because none were written for people to see firsthand. While some may have achieved success from this program without issue, I and others have also become victim to the lack of professionalism and work ethics to this program. Scam or not, this company certainly took my money without notice and Jason is not true to his word. I truly hope someone comes across this report and can plead my case. I would truly not like for someone else to become victim to this company's flattery and their leader's inability to take responsibility to make a clean slate with his customer's issues or grievances.
