These LOSER, wannabie attornies should be Dis-barred in Ohio.  They are Nothing more than Charletans disguised as so-called Attornies at Law.  They wouldn't know the LAW, if it bit them!

They have been trying to collect a 6 YEAR old non-Debt to Sears, through Another Phony Collector - CitiBank in So. Dakota for a fraudulent "charge" to a closed and PAID-OFF account.  These Bimbos filed a lawsuit against my wife but NEVER Served her, or advised her of any such  lawsuit, nor Court Appearance.

The crooked good-ol-boy court system in Cincinnati awarded them a settlement in 2008, because she didn't appear and they have been calling and writing threatning letters for the past FIVE years, still trying to collect on this FARSE.

Somebody should SHUT THEM DOWN! - I have complained to the Bar as well as the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau in Cincinnati and have either been ignored, or told "Consumer Fraud is NOT something this office deals with......

With NO help out there, is a consumer just supposed to take matters into their OWN hands??   or give up?
