Jay Baksa claimed to process home loans for just about anybody.. we gave him a check for 5000.00 to signify his efforts and practices would be upheld to get us into a home.. he strung me along for a whole year until he up and disappeared from his office and the whole area, associates of his , whom I tracked down explained to me that I, as well as they, had been dooped by him and to get a lawyer to track him down to get our money back, 5 years later I find this guy online working for Summit Realty group home officed in Newport Beach Ca.. but Jay himself is part of the Texas offices.. I got all his current contact info and plan to sue him and drag him across the west coast and hold him accountable for his theivery ways.. this guy is a straight up con man and I also plan to destroy his career in EVERY LEGAL WAY possible until I get my money back in full... this is inevitable. . the law will prevail and justice will be served.. I have ALL documents on record of my communication with Jay Baksa including a rough draft contract stating I gave him 5k... Pay Me Jay or face me in court coward!!!

Jay Baksa continues to evade me for repayment of my full amount of 5000.00$
He even went as far as to deposit a BAD check into my account bouncing and charging me a returned check fee.
I have submitted this info through as many as 12 different websites connected with Jay Baksa to ensure this info is as public as possible I will continue to do so throughout this process to keep the public notified of his devotion to scamming me and others as well. Please note that this is in no direction connection to Summit Realty, only the facts state that he currently works under Summit Realty and operating as if there where never any wrong doings.
please share this info with as many people as possible to protect the public from this MAN!!!
