I am a freight agent for a trucking brokerage. I like my company, and I enjoy what I do. I perform at a high level and am willing to go the distance to keep my shippers satisfied. Most every customer is honorable, but no one is here to read about who is honorable.

I was contacted in August of 2016 by Jay John Link of Pallet Brokers. He had responded to an advertisement we had placed to secure more shipping customers. Great! We would love to help you ship. Jay is in the business of supplying his clientele with pallets and agricultural bins. A lot of his customers seem to be farms. Jay indicated in his initial response how much he would be willing to pay for a truckload. On his first shipment, we found a rate for a flatbed truck that he was satisfied with. We confirmed the shipment and collected payment all around the time of pickup. All was well. He had some other loads that needed to be moved, but we did not hear back from him until October, 2016.

In early October, I was contacted by Jay again about several truckloads going to 2 separate locations at Triple S Farms in Hydro, Oklahoma (Hwy. 58 & E. 0960 Road) and at Columbia Onion Farm in Mattawa, Washington. I inquired if he had any other trucking companies he had received quotes from, and he responded with a number that I ended up not being able to compete with. Jay was facing a deadline and needed me to search for other rates, but I informed him that I did the best I could and that I wish him the best. He responded that he was willing to pay my rate of $2750 as long as the service was timely. I wager that he must have been tossing sample rates out to me based on his trucking expenses from the previous year, but this year, he chose to use a broker to handle furnishing the Bill of Lading, to do insurance underwriting, and to dispatch the truck. I told him that the service would not be a problem, and he obliged to move forward. I moved to begin drawing up his contract and writing up the B.O.L.

As we were finalizing the contract at around noon (EST) on October 12, 2016, the truck showed up way ahead of schedule. The Pallet Brokers / Cross Pallets crew loaded the truck up with 76 bins in a hurry, and off the driver went to Triple S Farms in Oklahoma all the way from Fresno, California. Jay decided that he wanted to send us the funds via a wire transfer, and he told me that he would be calling his banker and/or visiting the bank to initiate a wire transfer. Approximately an hour later, he told me that the funds were not available until the following business day, and he would initiate the transfer in the morning. We have a credit card on file with Jay, but there is a 3% surcharge for card processing, so he wanted to do a wire transfer to compensate us to avoid the card costs. I was fine with waiting until the morning, but something just wasn't sitting well with me. The morning of October 13 rolled around, and I received an e-mail from Jay stating that the funds were available that morning. He asked for an invoice and for the wire transfer instructions again. Within half an hour, I sent everything that he asked for. I told my headquarters office to be on the lookout for the funds to hit the account after Jay told me the wire had been initiated, although Jay did not send the transfer receipt I clearly requested. We checked the account several times that day. On Monday, October 17th, I notified Jay that the wire transfer was unsuccessful (was never initiated in actuality). He told me that he was going to the bank to find out what the problem was. He asked for me to re-send our company's banking info to ensure he sent it to the right place. He told me that he would call after he found out any info. He didn't call about the wire transfer and does not provide future updates. It became that Jay mostly only wanted to have communications by text message (SMS) from this point onward. Jay said he had traveled to Los Angeles to tend to a "business emergency" and would call us when done. I received no call. On the next morning of the 18th, I said I didn't mean to hound him, but this had to be taken care of today as our company had already settled with the trucking carrier. I also said that I was willing to absorb the credit card costs of almost $83 if we can simply process his card on file. He said yes but requested that we wait until the afternoon to do it after he picked up a cashier's check. He apologized for the hassle and the wait and assured me that he wouldn't let me down. Yeah, right!! I wasn't buying his stories and neither were any of my colleagues / managers.

At this point, he was technically in arrears and had never filled out a credit application with our company despite him saying he had completed one before the shipment delivered on that Friday, October 14th. Even if he had filled one out, our company is still not obligated to lend any credit. I should have demanded that the shipment was prepaid and will not give exceptions moving forward, but I wanted to do what I could to win the sale. Still, that doesn’t excuse Mr. Link’s deliberate attempt to defraud my company.

Later on the 18th at about 4PM EST, I sent Jay a text message asking if we can process the card soon on that afternoon like he said. I received no response, and I knew I was in trouble at this point. I let it be until the next day. On the morning of October 19, I called him twice. He had started this new game of forwarding my phone calls to voicemail. I sent him a text message saying "Jay...". Jay responded within 5 minutes stating that he was back in Fresno, that his bank opened soon, that he would be making a deposit, that he would be sending new card information, and that he thanked me for my patience. I said it was fine and that we needed the new card information by that afternoon whether he wanted to e-mail it in or call it in to me. Again, he did not follow through. I tried calling him several hours later to receive no answer and to get forwarded to voicemail. I sent him another text message - this time I was more firm - saying that it was obvious he was ignoring us and that we had to contact his customer again if he continued to play games with us. Within 15 minutes, I received a text message that he had just gotten out of the emergency room with his “very sick wife” and that I should stop threatening him over a payment that was a “few days overdue” and that we would be paid ASAP and that I was behaving in a manner that was “uncool” and “unprofessional”. I had been very patient with Jay up until this point, and if his wife truly did go to the hospital, that's too bad. Later, I would be hearing that it was Jay who was in the hospital with liver cancer and had only 60-90 days to live.

On October 18, 2016, I had opened up communications with his customer, Triple S Farms in Hydro, Oklahoma. Blair, who manages the office, has been reasonably helpful and communicative. She was apologetic about the situation, and she even wrote to Jay Link of Pallet Brokers / Cross Pallet Co. that she heard from us that there was a dispute regarding payment on the last truckload. According to Blair, she was told by Jay that we were taken care of. That’s a lie. I did what I could to be respectful toward Triple S and to not to take up too much of their time. I have continued to remain in contact with them through this, and Jay is not happy about this. In fact, Jay claims it is illegal for me to “harass” and “threaten” his customer, claiming it was grounds to not pay our company. When Jay gets exposed for this kind of activity, he pitches a fit and still does not own up to his actions, although I do receive lengthy “apologies” regularly that have never amounted to payments yet. He has told me that he is broke on more than one occasion.

On October 26, 2016, we were able to obtain a payment of $750 from Jay Link after much pressure of repetitive phone calls and e-mails. We have attempted to follow up as of Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, and after much of Jay ignoring our follow-up and us reporting this to his customer (and now the world), he told us that he would issue two payments to settle the debt in total which was $2750 for 1 truckload. He has fallen through on those promises and proven to have issued another lie (big surprise). Despite already using the excuse that his wife visited the hospital, he now alleges that he has liver cancer and that he only has 60-90 days to live. I received a photo of Jay in a hospital gown when I was texting back and forth with his daughter, Jannece (I said it was still Jay.) on Thursday, November 10th.

On November 9th, 2016, we informed Jay of our intentions to involve law enforcement of an attempted felony theft of services to which Jay responded with a sneering response of because he only had a short time to live that it was funny to him. After starting the process of publicizing his activities, he responded with, “Take me to court. Have me arrested. Come on over… do yer best”. Okay, that’s what we will try if we have to, JAY JOHN LINK, D.O.B. 4 / 8 /1954, address of 503 Bullard Avenue, Fresno, California [93704]. Without joy, I visited the DeKalb County Sheriff’s office and filed a report on the situation and, if necessary, I will go further. I’m like most people. I try to avoid having to deal with police whenever possible. This situation may very well end up in litigation, and we are doing some sleuthing to find out more about the history of Jay John Link. I have begun to research our rights as collectors.

It is now November 17th, a full month after the shipment delivered. We were able to obtain another payment of $500 after intense arguing and applying pressure via Facebook. When payment was authorized, Jay's daughter said we can now "take" $500 from her father's account. I also informed Jay of my intentions to file a Ripoff Report. Now, the name calling and such had begun. Jay said the debt would be settled in full tomorrow (That didn’t happen.) and pleaded that I leave him and his daughter alone while, at the same time, not realizing that this is what I have to do to see a successful resolution of my worst customer in over 4 years in the freight industry. Jay’s daughter, Jannece Link, then accused me of putting Jay back in the hospital due to my constant “harassment”. That is a brazen and inaccurate claim. Jay needs to do the right thing, Jannece. He has told me he is sorry about this situation ten times but never acts with integrity until I apply maximum pressure. On Saturday, November 19th, I sent a follow-up message in which I thanked them for their recent payment and inquired as to when we can expect the next one. I’m trying to be patient, and judging from our previous communications, one of which from his daughter stating Jay had $370 in his bank account at that time, that I have to be understanding that this may take a while to get settled and that Jay cannot live up to his statements that the debt will be settled in full on the next day. Can’t pay for the services? Don’t contract with us.

This is how our typical Jay day runs (and how it will likely go for you):

We call and text him a few times in the morning. Sometimes, he answers. Most times, he doesn’t. I send a text message to him, and a short time later we will get a half-hearted, empty promise of a payment in any amount of the remaining $1500 balance for this shipment. He tells us it will be paid off the next day, but it never happens. I ask for a reasonable payment schedule that he can honor so I don’t have to hound him so much, but he never responds to that. He only says it will be settled tomorrow. See above anecdotes. With that aside, we thank Jay for the 2 payments amounting to $1250.

We believe this is a necessary step toward our successful collections process and that other companies have the right to be informed. This listing will be updated with the progress and potential resolution of this debacle. I’m fairly certain that after notifying Jay that this report is live, he will come to make counter-accusations and to try to defend himself. Jay will likely accuse me of behaving in an illegal manner.

I was surprised to see that there was not already a report filed on Jay Link. I was told by Triple S Farms that there is an outstanding debt they had with Jay as well. I was told that Triple S Farms no longer wanted to do business with Jay Link and Pallet Brokers anymore. To this, Jay claimed that we had ruined a $6000 sale for him and that we could have already been paid. Sorry, Jay, but that’s not our problem. I believe that Jay Link knew exactly what he was doing when he attempted to defraud me and my company. It must have been premeditated. I cannot call for the operation of his mind, but maybe he thought we are a huge company and that his debt would slip through the cracks. Nope! This is now my debt, and I am a struggling 28-year-old guy with my own problems and my own obligations. It’s not easy to run a business in America today, Jay, but I don’t try to cheat people, and I don’t lie to my customers. You said it yourself in your apologies to us that I do a good job and that I work hard. As I write this, you provided us no further updates, and I warned you that this situation was about to get worse, and you called me a psycho. You, Jay, also said that I have no power to convince others of your shady dealings. Triple S Farms already believed me. Now, I ask you, the reader, am I really just making all of this stuff up?

I hereby certify the foregoing as true and correct, not libelous nor slanderous, and I have evidence to support all of the allegations herein.

-Tyler Smith

Atlanta, Georgia

P.S. Jay, be a rockstar and do the right thing like you keep saying you will. Currently, you are not a rockstar (He was always in bands, one called Death and Taxes.). I work too hard as a young man to get left in a ditch, and I will stand up for myself in every way I can, and if I do have to travel to Fresno, I come in peace, but I demand that this be resolved. I may end up losing my status as agent for my company over this. You're not going to get away with this, and I am independent of any loss of business you may experience as a result of my collections activities. I'm terribly sorry that business has not been going well, but you need to realize that you still made a contract with me and hid these truths away, and it's not fair that I lose my livelihood over this situation. We wish you the best in your health and in your business. Please settle this A.S.A.P. so that I may leave some positive feedback to counteract what has already been put out there.

Update 2 / 2 / 2017

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, February 02, 2017

This is still not settled. Once I get free and clear of some things that I am occupied with, I will sue Jay Link. Period. We are heading straight for the court room if this keeps up. I will win, Jay. Just you wait, buddy. You are not going to get away with this. I don't need all the extra hassle, but rest assured, you messed with the wrong guy.

I have been doing a lot to put some pressure on Jay Link including starting Facebook profiles as "Jay Link Scammer" and posting Jay Link to Craigslist, warning people of his scam. Jay temprorarily changed the title of his Pallet-Brokers.net website to West Coast Containers. Gee, I'm sure that has nothing to do with this ordeal. His Facebook has been temporarily removed / disabled, but all one has to do to re-open the profile is just to log in again.

He ignores us all the time, and it's clear that I have to drag him through the mud to get anywhere. This guy is a bum. He's missed about 5 other dates that he promised payment, and he likes to hide behind his cancer and has the gall to defend himself and his behavior after causing me grief for three and a half months (almost four months now). Let's highlight some of his biggest phony statements over the last several weeks.

-Jay believes that this report ruins his daughter's online reputation. (January 10th, 2017)

A: This report is not even about Jannece. This is about you, Jay, and using your daughter as a pawn like that is shameful. Also, I don't care one iota whose reputation is tarnished after you stole from me and helped damage my relationship with the (now past) brokerage firm.

-Jay recently accused me of hurting innocent people. (January 10th, 2017)

A: Oh, whatever! You are such a royal pain, Jay, but “Au Contraire”! It is you who has hurt me, and what did I do to you to deserve this? Do you really think I (and Mike, too) enjoy spending countless hours hounding you? I want this over with, but I’m not going to let you walk away from this.

-Jay talks about being so broke all the time.

A: I share this same sentiment, and so do more people than ever before in the new America, a third-world country on steroids. I’m working toward better things for myself, and I seek solutions for not only me but other people, and if I don’t have the funds to compensate a company for their services, I don’t make contracts I cannot honor. I may have “stolen” a trip to Wal-Mart or had someone pay for my meal at a restaurant before, but I would never, ever, ever leave someone on the hook for $2750. Just like you admitted before, it’s not any of my concern, and I was never told that I would be in for a 4-month rollercoaster ride. Also, I have indicated and throughout the end of November and all of December, I wished you well, and all I asked for is that you would remain in contact and not ignore us like you claim you don’t here, but now all the remaining trust is ruined, and I have learned that all I can do is kick your butt until you finally get this over with. Ultimately, your broke story is just another excuse and a weak attempt to buy my / our sympathy. You picked the wrong guy to mess with. I will make sure you know that.

-----

I can go on and on, but the fact remains that these are things that a loser would say and do. Jay claims that he doesn’t really care about this, but he freaked out that the Ripoff Report cannot be taken down, and he definitely hates the Craigslist posts. He attempts to have them flagged and removed, even though he fronts that he doesn't care / too "sick" to care. He attempts to shut me down and silence me which is what the guilty would do. He tries to complain to the brokerage company, but they have no bearing on me as my agent agreement clearly states that collections is the responsibility of the independent contractor.  I would not be spending so much time going after Jay Link, but this situation remains unresolved.

I would be willing to settle at $750 instead of the $1000 that remains just to get this done and over with. After all, it’s my fault for trusting a scammer and allowing him access to the trucking services.

Govern yourself accordingly, Jay. This will reach a resolution one way or another. I will win, and I’m happy that I have the opportunity to share my experiences so that others may know the truth about you and where you cannot have any way of silencing me.

Through the fields we go...

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 07, 2017

Of course, I'm angry. That's irrelevant anyway. This is the only time in my 28 years on the earth that someone has led me on a goose chase over a $2750 debt spanning currently right at 3 months, $1000 of which that still has not been collected. Yes, you have made strides over 3 installments totaling $1750 for which I graciously thank you, but I / we guarantee you would not have paid a cent if I had not started to pursue you like I have and will continue to do so as long as this remains unsettled. You haven't settled the $1000 "immediately". It's been almost 2 friggin' months since your last installment. I have been extremely patient with you over these last several weeks. I have been genuinely interested in you and your health issues and other stuff. I am also very concerned and outspoken about the state of the nation and the economy because I know that everyone, including me, is being impacted by the general corruption of government. I allowed you this entire last week without pursuing you in any way. You don't even check in to give me an update, and when you flake out on each and every one of your potential payment dates, I have still exercised patience even though I want to show up at your front door with torches and pitchforks. Yeah, buddy, I'm mad. Angry or otherwise, this debacle is what it is, and you have acknowledged that you messed up. Like I said before, I published this report around Thanksgiving time, but Ripoff Report was too backlogged to have this report published until about a month ago. Yes, I have been a lot more compassionate since your last installment of $500, but as I also stated, I would have published this report again since you failed to honor your word for the tenth time, using this report as your excuse and your out. Mind you, I issued a fair, written warning that I would be publishing this and that it could not be taken down. You essentially laugh off every intention I / we state, and we will not relent until you do the right thing and honor your end of the contract as the obligor. It's one thing to tell me beforehand that you're having financial struggles and that this could take a few months to get settled, sending in a credit application to us (You never filled one out.), and then allowing us to make our decision to provide service or not, but it's another thing when you do... this.

You're pulling the tactics of a typical con man here, Jay, by playing the victim and hiding behind any excuse possible. The following is an incomplete list of your excuses:

-I have liver cancer.

-You're harassing my family and me.

-I'm broke and being evicted from my home. (Then, don't use my company's services.)

-Your Ripoff Report is fraudulent.

-I'm waiting on credit card sales to clear.

-I'm closing my business.

-whatever else you can think of...

When I ask about your status because you won't update me or Mike on your own accord, I usually receive something along the lines of the following:

-I'll be ready tomorrow. (Yeah, right...)

-The music business was so much more fun than this job. (Duh...)

-I hate banks. They are holding my funds.

-Business will pick up after the new year. (I thought you have alerted me that you have made 3 sales recently.)

Oh, and as for your claims:

-"I have been responsive." Not really, Jay. I documented in the report above that there were a few times that you ignored my communications, prompting me to alert Dennis and Blair at Triple S of this issue. You have been consistently responsive in recent weeks, yes, but we believe that's because you're aware that I'm not going to go away until this is over. As stated above, I have left you alone this entire last week, yet you don't give me one d**n update, let alone that elusive fourth installment that you have flaked out on no less than 4 times since well before Christmas.

-"I am not a con artist." This situation is abnormal, Jay. I have been in the shipping business for 5 years now, and, yes, there have been a few times where I have had to chase customers down who have tried to skip out on their debts, but your situation is, by far, the worst, and that's a fact. You might think that I like to stir up this drama. Actually, no, I wish I didn't have to take some of the actions that I have, but I'm doing what I have to do. Everything points to you being a con man. Even your customer, Triple S Farms, stated to me in a phone conversation that you owe them some bins that you have never come through on. I'm now going to send them a link to this report.

-"I will sue One Horn for defamation of character." First of all, if you do pursue this action, you should name my agency, First Rate Logistics, or even me as an individual as the defendant. I will give you the address information you need to follow through with this (if you want to). Second of all, I would love for you to do this as I am actively preparing my own litigation against you and your company. I won't be claiming an insane amount in damages. I just want my $1000 in Federal Reserve Notes. Let's start by having a look at the definition of defamation of character, shall we? According to Black's Law Dictionary, 2nd edition, Defamation of character is a term that is used to describe when false statement is written or spoken about an individual with the intent of harming or slandering their reputation. Slander and libel are similar in definiton. The one thing they all share in common is that the defamer must make false / untrue statements, and I can back up every single one of my statements. From my other reading that I had done on these topics before I started taking action, defamation of character claims are very hard to prove as the accuser has a heavy burden of proof to meet. There are also some other constraints on debt collectors (me, in this case) that I have read about in the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA). I don't know everything, but I may know a thing or two about law. By the way, Common Law and Admiralty Law is the main subject of my YouTube channel which now has 815 subscribers and counting. I help people. Yes, I play guitar and do music, too, but mainly, I'm a well-known and beloved political and legal activist, and I'm getting bigger all the time. Maybe you will get to see who I am in due time.

-"You have caused plenty of damage." Prove it. Show me the damages, your proof of loss, your corpus delecti. You will need to show me this evidence, and crybaby stories don't count.

-"I may or may not pay this debt." Oh, buddy, just you wait... I'm a struggling, 28-year-old dude. I don't even have a car, and I work hard for what I have. I'm not going to spill my struggles with you, but you should know at this point that I'm not going to allow myself to get screwed.

The following are my damages as a result of your default for non-payment:

-I was placed on suspension by One Horn.

-I have had my commissions placed on hold.

-My relationship to One Horn has been left with a black eye.

-I'm always having to chase you around. Writing this report and rebuttal alone took several hours and cost me out of my wages. When this goes to court, I will not be claiming this as lost wages. I just want the original, agreed amount pursuant to our Contract. Right now, I have about ten other things that I need to be doing, but again, I'm stuck here battling with a washed-up, deadbeat, liberal crook in Commiefornia. You're some kind of piece of work, Jay. Also, like I stated in this report, part of this is my fault for not securing payment prior to rendering services, sheepishly trusting that nothing like this would occur, but again, you lied about making a wire transfer and disregarded my black-and-white, crystal clear instruction to send me the receipt of the transfer. I can prove that beyond a reasonable doubt.

The following is an incomplete list of actions that I may start to take right away:

-I will publicize this report. Thank you, Ripoff Report, for providing this venue for me to freely post my experiences with Jay Link. Now, whoever does a web search with the keywords, "pallet brokers fresno", will see the link listed in the fourth position. If you do remain open for business, maybe just a few people will see this and decide against doing commerce with you. Great! That's called conscious consumerism and a cornerstone reason why credit bureau agencies exist. That's partly why Ripoff Report exists.

-I may post a video about you on my popular YouTube channel. I'm still investigating how best to go about this without jeopardizing my channel, but a lot of people are going to be mad, contrary to your statement that "I will not be able to convince anyone".

-I may return to making more dummy Facebook accounts. I saw that you had eventually taken your profile down. Now, it's back up.

-I will continue to phone neighboring businesses and other pallet sales companies in your area, telling them about you and your shady ethics. I have been refraining from doing more of this because I would like to see you earn some sales, so you might be able to finish up with our company, and I will finally leave you alone.

-I will make more posts to the Fresno Craigslist. Again, I will try to refrain from doing this in the hopes that you will be able to settle your account.

-I will sue you.

As I stated to you before I typed up this rebuttal, I will continue to exercise grace and forgiveness over the time period that it takes for this to settle, but you need to know that I will continue to apply pressure. Period. It's going to happen, especially when I allow you a week to be alone, and you don't even deliver a sorry update or give us authorization to run your card. Also, I've chosen not to levy the card processing fees (Yes, banks suck.) after your lie about the wire transfer. I just want you out of my life!

You say you are owed an apology, but you're not going to get one, bud, especially with that entitled attitude of yours. If you do, in fact, settle your account that is in the red ink at $1000, I will make moves to help you in any way that I can. If you treat me right, you may be able to tap in to the incredible compassion and empathy I have to share. You've gotten a glimpse of that side of me over these last several weeks of you dragging me through the mud. For a 28-year-old guy, I am very astute, and I can help you, and I might even make a little bit of time just to help you. I also know other people who can help you. As it stands now, however, I'm the one who is owed the apology and the $1000. One Horn deserves an apology and not a fake one like the ones you have been sending, but I guess anything counts. I'm the one who has gotten damaged by your actions, and I'm very confident that anyone reading this will likely side with me. Then again, I ultimately don't care about what anyone else thinks. For now, talk time is over. Nothing you say at this point is to be trusted- nothing... except for: "Charge my card now for $500 toward this debt." You should omit the "..." that you like to include when I try to get a firm answer from you.

Going forward, I'm going to try to not make any more insults and to stay targeted solely on this debt situation. Certainly, I / we have said some degrading and insulting things about you behind closed doors, but I'm going to leave that out of my conversations with you who definitely has shot off at the mouth at me on multiple occasions. However, I am going to continue to apply pressure on someone who is a candidate for being one of the worst people I have ever met in my professional career. All of my friends and family are aware or have heard of my dealings with Jay Link, and they are also concerned.

Let's just get this done and out of the way, please. I would really like to collect my other commissions, and I'm really tired of having to expend so much time and effort on you. Mike is extremely busy with his own endeavors, but if you are expecting to receive sympathy from Mike and for him to pat you on the little bottom ("There, there..."), you can forget it. Mike was the one who came up with the idea to pursue a criminal arrest warrant. We're not bad people, and we don't like to see bad things happen to people (even you), but we don't lay down for people to walk all over us. We are men. Are you? You should really step outside of your "poor pitiful me" outlook and think about if you had dealt with someone else who has more malice and viciousness. They are out there, and they would be flaming with anger given this situation. Say, for an extreme example, you owe the dope dealer, and they are gangsters who will commit violence and theft in a flash. From me, you got wishes of a merry Christmas and a happy new year while you continue to fail to do what's right. Whatever is going to happen, though, Jay, is going to happen quickly, especially with the frantic messages I received from you after your discovery of this report. I'm not going to be waiting around very much longer anymore. Three months is three months too long, and it sounds like you are dealing with a lot of turbulence over there, so I need to act swiftly and with vigor.

...and if you do things like this in commerce, you will do them in your personal dealings as well. I believe that people and businesses alike have a right to be informed, and I also know that I am entitled to my freedom of speech (sounds cliché, right? Well, it's true. Refer to the definitions of defamation of character.).

You have until the end of business on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 before I start applying more pressure.

"My daddy knew a lot of guitar players, and most of them didn't work, so he said, 'You should make up your mind to either be a guitar player or an electrician, but I never saw a guitar player that was worth a d**n'." -Elvis Presley

Govern yourself accordingly.
