Jayride charged me three times for the same billing. When I did my seach for transportation to the airport, Jayride was the cheapest. Their website mentions easy returns and cancellations. But when they charged me three times for the same ride, they were very uncooperative. They would not return the money unless I provided them with a paypal account, which I do not have, or my bank account and routing number. I would not send the information by email, so they said that they could not help me. They were unable to credit the credit card that the booking was made on, seems improable that they can charge the card but not return the money on the same card. I disputed the charges through the credit card company. However Jayride is not cooperating with the credit card company, so the charges will remain on my bill. In addition, my credit card account was flagged and I was unable to charge anything until I straightened that out. As a side the service was outsourced to Lyft, will go straight to lyft from now on.
