J.B. Hunt Hit and Run to my Vehicle Nationwide

On January 22, 2014 , I was at work and my car was parked out front. My car was struck by a J.B. Hunt truck, the gentlemen across the street saw the J.B. Hunt truck stop in the middle of the road and put his flashers on and motion for the cars behind him to go around, when all the cars did this he then got back in his truck and drove off. A lady at the bank on the street I work at saw this happen and ran outside and when she saw him get out of his truch she then went back in, she said she thought he was going to report it, but he didn't. I emailed J.B. Hunt and they contacted me and I told them what happened and a gentlemen named Jim that I spoke with, ask me to send pictures and an estimate, so I did this, then I got a call saying they was not going to pay and then I got  a letter saying I did not have enough evidence even tho I had witness for them to pay.
