JBC Legal Group bad check ripoff Bloomfield New Jersey

Ten years ago I wrote some bad checks and took care of them through my bank and the local courthouse. Now ten years later I am getting telephone call after telephone call that I have written bad checks to two stores I don't even know of. When asked if I could have a copy of the checks I was told that they had to show me nothing and if I don't pay up I'm going to jail, when I asked for a supervisor, I was told that I didn't need one that I could say anything I wanted him to know to this guy. I refused to pay for checks I can't see I've written and will go to jail before I pay them. There is a statute of limitations on a written instrument.
