JBC Legal decieved Bloomfield New Jersey

So these clowns call me. I have seen on my caller ID this number for some time now. I start talking to the guy and hes a typical marble mouth. So he starts telling me about the bad checks I wrote in college in 1997, which is now 7 years plus after, and he was trying to collect. Needless to say I said send it all to me in writing with copies of the checks and I would pay....but he was almost begging me to pay on the phone. So, I looked on here and naturally I see them, and stories similar to mine. Legally these things drop off your credit after 7 years, I wouldnt pay this anyway, but beware of these scam artists.
