J.C Christensen And ASSOCIATES RUDE, DISHONEST, and FRAUDULENT ripoff Sauk Rapids Minnesota

I had gotten into a accident and ended up having to go to the hosiptal and i got billed for it of course. Over the next 6 months after the hosiptals billed my insurance and my parents paid the rest of what was left over on the bills everything seemed to be over and done with.

4 months later after i was away at college phone calls kept coming in at my parents house. After they were calling every day my mother finally decided to answer and see what they were talking about she explanied that everything had been paid and she wasn't sure these people were right. The lady that was on the phone with my mom was yelling at my mom and telling her that she was going to call the cops on her and all this needed to be paid in full.

Some how this "agency" had gotten a hold of my cell phone number and was calling my cell phone. Well i usually don't answer unknown numbers but i decided to because it was calling a lot. The lady was so rude to me i couldn't even belive it. She treated me like i was a criminal and yelled many times to me. I told her that all i could afford to pay was payments and that i would start paying on it right away, she completely yelled at me and told me that payments were not acceptable and that i had to go to the bank and take out a loan or i was going to jail.

I had to drop out of school for a semester so i could get a full time job for at least 7 months so i could try to get majority of this cleared off. I decided that as long as i started paying something i couldn't get put in jail so i started to pay $25.00 out of every paycheck and i haven't heard from them since and they ARE cashing in my checks.

I don't know why i decided to look it up on the internet i guess it was because my parents and i both had a bad feeling about this huge bill i had to suppossly pay and i come to find out its FRAUDULENT. I am just disappointed because i got treated horribly and so did my mom for something that isn't even real.

I would love to get the best out of this including my money back and the best available Punishment from the law as possible!
