JC Furniture & Mattress Partially delivered wrong bedroom group, then refused to take it bak, to deliver the rest or return money Bronx, New York

On October 18, 2012, I ordered a complete bedroom group and two sofas from this vendor, as it was advertized in their booklet. The delivery was promised to take place in 10 days. Instead, after numerous phone calls and personal visits to the store, the incomplete order occurred after more than a month. Once the argument started over the bed (which was not the bed I ordered and shown in their advertisement,) they started calling me a liar, saying that I ordered this bed, and for the other one I would have to add $200 to receive it. They refused to return money and take back the wrong item. As of March 7, 2013, they did not deliver the rest of the order, and I'm taking them to court. Whoever would like to give me some support in this case, please contact me.
