Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased an item from JC penny in June 2009 and I signed nothing and just discovered since 2009 I have been charged $9.95/mnth since then on my Mastercharge Account. I never signed any form and I never recieved any documentation. I have paid $ 477.60 to date.
MC says they may get some $ back but only for a minimum period.
I plan to take JC penny to NH small claims court
