THEY CALLED ON THE PHONE CLAIMING TO GIVE A REFUND. THEY WANT YOU TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE, OPEN A LINK, OPEN A DOWNLOAD. THE DOWNLOAD HAS AN ALERT COME UP SAYING IT CAN BE HARMFULL TO THE COMPUTER. IT ALSO SAYS THE PERSON IS TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER. I STOPPED THERE AND HUNG UP. THEY TRIED CALLING BACK FROM AFEW DIFFERENT NUMBERS. INITIAL CALL WAS UNAVAILABLE #.
