I was looking for a Rigid lightbar for my Ford Raptor. I stumbled upon this company and wish I never did. I decided to place an order with them for a Rigid grille with built in 30" RDS lightbar. I PAID $2000 FOR THIS ITEM!!!!
They had NO issues taking my money immediately. Each time I would try contacting them to check the status of my order, it was hard to get a response. I finally got a response from Kate who was extremely abrasive towards my emails. She told me the lightbar would ship out in 3-days.
Sure enough 3-days later I never received any tracking information. I emailed Kate again and she took almost a week to reply back. Once again she was extremely rude and acted as if this was a waste of her time. She then assured me that the lightbar would ship out that same day. I was satisfied with that response and left it at that.
Now as of 2-weeks later, my lightbar has NOT shipped. I have filed a chargeback and am livid that I even wasted my time with this SCAM company.

I had an employee working for my company that was using her business email address to personally correspond with a company that she made a personal purchase from. She was having problems with this company and filed a rip-off report against said company. Within 24-48 hours after she filed the report against that company my company had a report filed against us which is completely false.
The reason why I feel this report is false is because:
1) Our company has never sold the part number that the person claimed he ordered from us
2) There is no correspondences via email between Katie and said customer
3) If this part was on back order I would have knowledge of this because I am the one that handles the orders and contacts customers with back order status and there is no such order
4) There is no chargeback ever received on such order
Please contact us if you did purchase this product with your order number and date of purchase if you did make this purchase as our system does not have any order for this part for the past 7 years.
