JD Byrider Car has been in service ever since purchase date Cincinnati, Ohio

I purchased a vehicle on Friday, 11/26/10 and on Monday, 11/29/10 i was requesting a service date. My check engine light came on, gas gauge fluctuating, i brought it in for the repair and it needed a fuel pump and alignment. They kept my car for two days and never got the alignment done. They admitted not test driving the carafter completing the repair, because right after my carmakes a loud noise now, and so i had to schedule it back in for the alignment not being completing and the noise. Then my cd player broke, which they tried to charge me for and after back and forth calling and negotitating it seems, they finally did it for free, not a new one though, a used salvaged one. And in the midst of all these issues i kept hearing, "make sure you give me a good review when someone from customer service calls". Brought my car in got alignment done, radio wasn't there yet so had to come back again. They say they couldn't hear the loud noise that i have been hearing ever since my first day of repair, so i had to come in and ride with a guy to point out the noise. Came in radio fixed, still waiting to get noise cleared, they say i need a wheel barring now. My car has been in and out of service since i bought this car, yet they stress about making payment on time OR ELSE, but i have to spend extra money to find rides while car is being serviced and?or miss work. This car has been nothing but a problem since day one, i asked to return car because it's not dependable, but apparently that's not an option. I am so unhappy and frustrated it's beyond real, especially since i'm stuck with this car and payment. It is now 1/20/2011 and my car still is due for another service visit.
