JD BYRIDER DECATUR GEORGIA LOCATION BOUGHT A 2004 FORD FOCUS AND IT CUT OFF BY THE 2ND CAR PAYMENT DECATUR Georgia

Well lets see where to start. I purchased my 2004 Ford Focus from JD Byrider in April 0f 2008. I only had to put down 400 dollars which was great. I spent almost all day in there though. I test drove the Ford Focus by a guy named Damon. Once i found out I was approved he didnt even let me decide if that was the car I really wanted. He just told me with the down payment i had that this would be my best bet. I said ok. It was a cute car and good for gas although it wasnt what i really wanted. That day they had about maybe a total of 8 cars. There wasnt really a selection.


Next thing he told me i had to bring in the remainder of the 600.00 down in three weeks to subside for 1000 down. So I agreed. I came and paid it all in one day and i was happy with the car. The car never gave me a problem and it was great. Next thing you know shortly after i paid my second car note one day the car just shut off in mid traffic in a busy intersection in Marietta Ga.


I had to pay for the towing and then after that it was hell on wheels. They never fixed the car even though it was under warranty and they took three weeks to finally tell me they couldnt fix it in so many words. I went through cussing out Ray Nelson the owner, Jennie who works for the complaints in the corporate office and then Eric the so called general manager.

By the time i finished the agreed to do a mutual release and then refund me all my money. I got my money back but the experience was pure hell.
