I would love to join in on a class action lawsuit against JD Byryder/CNAC. If I don't here from anyone, I'll tell you this! We will do it alone as well. These people are thugs preying on others trying to repair or better their credit. So what does eveyone do? Let them continue to rip us off!

I purchased a used 2002 Chrysler Sebring from JD Byrider/Jay Ricci Auto Center in Taylor, Michigan. The salesperson stated that because of my credit rating, that car was the only one that I could purchase. The very next day, I noticed several defaults with the vehicle. I also noticed that the scuff mark on the car had not been removed, as the salesperson had promised. When I contacted the manager concerning this, he was extremely rude with me and sided with the salesperson. He stated, "You don't have any proof in writing." I refuse to keep this car for a term of 46 months, and expensive car notes. Yes, something must be done. Please keep me abreast of an attorney or someone who can help us. Count me in on any class action lawsuit.

I too have been rippped off by JD Byrider by being overcharged, sold a lemon that supposedly went through their "rigorous" inspection, was one of the few given a loaner car which guess what? Had bad breaks that went out on me the first day of driving it. Please contact me in regards to a class action lawsuit. This needs to be done.

I too had a very poor experience with jd byrider I had a vehicle that had several problems with and never late the one time i was i talked to the finance manager and he told me i could make a double payment the next time i got paid. 3 days before my payment they took the car without a letter or another phone call. I called them with my brother on the phone and my loan rep said she didnt know about the agreement and as she was reading the notes she read them aloud and it stated i would make a double payment and my brother was like so you took the car for no reason and she said hold and never came back to the phone this is ridiculous i was a total of 13 days late when they repoed the car and never let me have any of my stuff in the car. I would love to see them sued they are not in business for the consumer as a second chance as they say they are just one big rip off. any information you need for a class action suit let me know i will join any way i can.

JD Byrider Franchise is concerned about a class action lawsuit being filed
AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

First, you both need to file complaints with the
Attorney General in PA. Then you should contact a lawyer that will help you with a class action. Trust me, the JD Byrider Franchise is concerned about a class action lawsuit being filed. They are raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend against one. They need to because their business practices are so blatently wrong and they know it that it will take big money to defend themselves when it happens. It is just a matter of time before a class action is started. Keep your eyes on the Kentucky Attorney General. In the coming months they will release their opinion on JD Byrider in Louisville and the Corporate Franchise after a long investigation. Should be interesting.
Good Luck.

I agree that we need to do something. I bought a 1999 blazer from Paul Lawson and it has broke 7-8 times in 7 months. The air pump was not connected. The E brake is broke yet it passed inspection. The manager is aragant and threatens to "sick his lawyers on you". I would like to join in and get something done about this. I am sending my car back and I am sure they will screw my credit up.
