This business writes no job description cost plus contacts, meaning he charges as he wants without approval.  I was charged $1.800 dollars plus $1.000.00 dollar deposit for a estimate $200.00 dollars work unfinished.  All my rep wanted was 4 small patch jobs in the attic.
