JD Marvel Products, Inc. ripoff Champlain New York

Back on May 28, 2002, I saw an ad for a bracelet in a local newspaper. I order the item, sent a personal check on the same day. The check was cashed on June 6, 2002 (just 9 days later) and here it is July 18th and I still haven't received the bracelet.

I called this company twice and got 2 different answers with the first being that the bracelet was placed on back-order. The 2nd answer was that the bracelet is being shipped to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still no bracelet.

I feel it is a shame that a company like this is just ripping off law-abiding citizens that are sending in their hard earned dollars in hopes of getting something back in return. This particular bracelet was to be a gift to my daughter. I had to quickly buy something else.
