I had seen an ad in the Sunday paper for slippers, so I sent them my check for 2 prs. for 16.00, this was in October, two weeks later I had my cancelled check from the bank, and still no slippers. I had e-mailed them and didn't get a resonse from them. Then today I received a catolog from them. And still no slippers. I'm going to send them a letter today.

On 11/25/02, I ordered three items from J. D. Marvel (2 pairs of slippers and a corner shelf). I paid for them with a check for $33.90. On 12/6/02 my check cleared the bank As of today (1/25/03) I have not received my order. What can be done?
