JDBYRIDER, CNAC BAD FOR CAR BUSINESS AND FOR FLORIDA Orlando Florida

ok,here we go,jd byryder has been a nightmare from day one, day one being a year ago this month 9/15/06. they not only have harrassed me,they have harrassed my friends and my realitives.

i have had problems with the van that they were not willing to fix,i had to pay to have them fixed on my own. not long after i bought it the a/c quit working...i had service engine soon light on constantly..developed a real bad vibration in the front end.
none of which they were willing to help fix even when my warranty was still in effect.

i purchased a 97 FORD VINSTAR van from jd byryder..after financing the total price coming to just over 10,000 dollars for the loan which they charge me 5000 for the loan come to find out my credit is not as bad as they said becaues the same year me and my husband get aprove for a 245,ooo loan for a house and lots of credit card including amex. ...i have been paying on it for over a year now and they say i have so much money left to pay...

i am paying 182.43 every 2 weeks for the past year,,and they said we still owe them over 8000 dollars left to paid off the van..not to mention the times i paid extra money or double payments.

so i told them that they could have the van back because i couldnt afford to pay on something for a year and only pay ,, because in reality i will never done pay for this van, h*o did i mention the van have over 100k miles on it and i try to trade it in and was told they would rather give me new 2007 van than to take this van as a trade in .

so i was wondering if i let them take their van back,,will theygarnish my husand pay because i am not working and will i still owe them the amount they said i owe almost 9,000 dollars .please let me know what to do(i have my house and one other car paid off for and have enough money to purchase a used car)
