JDBYRIDER/CNACFINANCING TOOK CAR BACK UNLAWFULLY CUYAHOGA FALLS Ohio

this is a huge warning to anybody that leaves a money order in cnac's drop box. on or about june 15, 2008 i left a money order in the drop box at their cuyahoga falls location. a few days later i received a phone call at work regarding where my payment was. i told mr thomas that it was put in the drop box on the 15th of june and he said well we never received it. i then faxed him a copy of my receipt and he then had me talk to a very rude and very unprofessional woman who proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that just because i have a money order receipt does not mean that i actually left the money order there.

ok so i emailed and called western union. they stated that infact the money order was cashed and they would mail me a copy both front and back of the person who endorsed it. they did confirm that it was cashed by cnac financing.

in the meantime they emailed me a letter that i in turn dropped off at cnac along with a check for all monies that i supposedly owed minus the money order amount because i already paid it and im not paying it twice. so 2 weeks goes by i dont hear one peep from them. then my mom calls me and tells me that saturday the repo man was at her house looking for the car to reposses it. the day after she told me that i get up to go to work and lone behold the car was gone. now mind you i had all my clothes in there because i was getting ready to do laundry, my babys clothes were in there and they never had the decency to call or knock on the door and say hey do you want your stuff.

i am telling you what i am getting a lawyer and taking this bs to the highest court in the land. i did not have bad credit to begin with and i was dumb and went to this bs place out of pure stupidity. i was paying almost 15,000 dollars for a car that was worth 2,000 and then they took my money and claimed they never got it.

the first 3 months i had it i lived at the service center on brittain road so i am sueing them for anything and everything i can get. so if anyone else wants to join me in this venture or has had similar issues please let me know.
