Replied to advertisement for Sued Moccasins at end of Sept. 2003.
Check was cashed by Banque de Montreal on 6th of Oct. 03. After waiting 3 weeks ,called on 27 Oct.,inquiring about delivery. Got a person who said they were on back order and hung up. Called again on 17 Nov. and was told that the items would be shipped at the end of Dec. Now it is Jan. of 2004 and still no goods. Who can I contact in NY and Canada to get my money back and stop this bunch of crooks from operating in NY State.

The actual location does not appear on the company's web site. It does not appear in the advertisements in your Sunday supplement. But we found it and printed it here just in case you would like to take your complaint 'to the top!' Why not write to Mr. Dragan himself and ask why he has your $28.00 and you have no slippers?
It will also help to have this information when you report this company to the Attorney General's office.
You may also want to register a complaint with the FTC and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police!
