Jeep Racks & More Truck Racks Plus Would not returns calls or emails or refund payment for returned items. Internet

I ordered an item from Jeep Racks and More, and then almost immediately reached out to them to change the order I had placed via email and left a voicemail message as well, as no one ever answers their published telephone number.

There was never a response, and the order arrived one month later from the manufactuer. I contacted the manufacturer and left more messages with Jeep Racks and More (which apparently is part of TruckRacksPlus.com) indicating that I needed to return the items.  I never received a response from the company, although a person from the manufacturer, KargoMaster attempted to contact me on my cell phone to negotiate a settlement, although he would never leave a detailed message.

In the end, I sent the package back to their previously published P.O. Box (which has subsequently been removed their website), via a certifed, insured (and trackable) mailing within 10 days of receipt of the package, and then filed a dispute with my bank who refunded me the purchase proceeds after they conducted their investigation of Jeep Racks and More.

My advice would be to stay clear of this unresponsive company, and to be very cautious with any dealings with KargoMaster, as there appears to be something very strange going on.
