Retained Jef for a CCW as I own an Independent ATM company. I was told it would be a "Flat Fee" of $2500.00. I paid the retainer and provider as much information about my business and myself. Jef told me he would have Police records pulled for all the Towns that I have ATM locations. Several weeks later I receive an Invoice for an additional $1500.00 detailing the services. Nine hundred of the $1500 was for cost of the Police records and the remaining $600.00 was to continue the CCW process. After I paid the additional $1500.00, I heard nothing and I emailed a month later asking for a status or update on my case. I received no reply. After a week, I email again and ask for all the Police Records from the towns that I paid for and still nothing. So bottom line is I invested 4k and I received NOTHING.I Just disputed the additional $1500.00 to my Credit Card.
