Jeff Cowan and Jeff Cowans Pro Talk, Inc. has reached an agreement with me today. We have amicably settled a dispute about compensation that was owed to me in 2007. The matter has been settled. There will be no future discussions or litigations of any kind by either part.

I worked as a Sales Representive for Jeff Cowan from July 2007-October 2007.
He breached his contract with me and has failed to pay me $4,500.00 that he still owes me;$4,000 in salary for 30 days notice and $500 in commissionme for two contracts sold.
Jeff has owed me this payment since November and it's been more than 2 months now, he had more than enoughtime to pay it.

Next steps; Mr. Jeff Cowan will be seeing me in Small Claims Court unless I receive a check for $4,500.00.
I sold thousands and thousands of dollars in service advisor training contracts for Jeff Cowan's Pro Talk, Inc.
Mr. Jeff Cowan has received two letters from my attorney David Miller and apparently he is ignoring our efforts to recover outstanding compensation he still owes me. I am also reporting him to the Attorney Generals Office-Consumer Business Unit, National Automotive Dealers Association and the local Better Business Bureau.

Jeff has owed me this payment since November and it's been 2 months now, he had plenty of time to pay it.

Next steps; Mr. Jeff Cowan will be seeing me in Superior Court unless I receive a check for $4,500.00.

Buyer beware this man Jeff Cowan and his company are NOT TO BE TRUSTED , unreliable, unable to honor their promises and treat their employees land Independent Contractors like they are not even human. His company has some of the most incompetent, hostile, piss poor attitude and unprofessional people I have ever spoken to in my entire sales career.
